Pros:

It was great value for our money. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Could use a lamp in the living room. We needed to stay in the Beach area and this was 14 minutes away, at a reasonable price for Toronto.

Cons:

Our apartment was up two flights of stairs, which was fine for us but could pose a problem for others.

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were hard,. However I am a pillow snob!

Amazing !
Pros:

We checked in early without hesitation. Everything exceeded our expectation's. The lay out and “architecture” was a bonus.
At the end of the night we were able to curl up and enjoy Netflix provided by Lum which was a great asset most places don’t include.

I highly recommend this establishment to my friends and family and will 100% book again.

I booked last minute (the night before) and got the best deal for the perfect location. Upon online booking Lum sent me private confirmation right away, easing all my booking stresses.

Pros:

The location was very nice with everything being walking distance.

Cons:

The walls were thin. We could practically hear everything upstairs. The guests upstairs were very loud late at night. It was hard to sleep. We could hear a lot of yelling and running.

Dedicated parking lot, quick responses from staff, location was okay- not as close to main attractions as I was expecting based on reviews

Cons:

Loud- people above us and street cars could be heard all the time, sleeper sofa was just a couch- didn’t pull out into a bed, bathroom could use some love
