Pet-Friendly , Well Located but Drain problems
Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s location—it’s conveniently close to the fast craft terminal, which made traveling very easy and stress-free.

Cons:

Although the location was great, the sink and shower drain were clogged during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

A night at Ecotel.
Pros:

Money wise is fine

Cons:

Booked for a room with 3 single beds but toilet door is broken. Moved to another room with one single bed and doubled bed. TV not working. The pictures on the booking.com is not true.

Dirty! Room. NEED ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!

Receptionist unwelcoming and not hospitable. Thought she was the owner. Never never book with this Ecotel again1

Unsatisfied.
Pros:

Near Roberto’s famous siopao

Cons:

All rooms don’t have a hot shower so we ended up buying a bucket and an electric heater. The breakfast is terrible, keep having breakfast at jollibee nearby. The place outside is so unsafe. Don’t wear any jewelries outside. The place outside during the day is crowded, unsafe, dirty. I won’t ever choose this place in the future.

The staff at night is really nice the guy who we ask ,.he explain things to us with out hesitation not unlike the girl

A lot!!! .. bedsheets has stains ,blankets and pillows look old.plus they will charge you if you make stain on the room so we always carefull to dont make stain on their blanket and bedsheets who already have stains on it...toilet don't have tissue ,they dont have hot water no table no chair .the water on the sink didnt go down properly ..room full of dust also below the bed and not worth it and we didnt recomment this hotel.. plus a lot of people gossip in front of the reception about the guest who passing by..never again in this hotel...

Pros:

I had to cancel my booking once l reached this hotel as the elevator access was not from the ground floor, as opposed to what is shown in the facilities.

Cons:

I had written an email to the property to make sure there was an elevator for wheelchair access of my co-traveller. The property did not respond.
