Pros:

I recently stayed at King Jada Hotel in Dar Es Salaam and I must say, the location and hotel rooms are absolutely perfect.

However, I did encounter an unfortunate incident with one staff member (Jackie) who was quite rude and unprofessional. It was a disappointment and did affect my overall experience. Despite this, the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful.

I believe with a bit more training and focus on customer service, this hotel could truly excel. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their service.

You just can't find or say anything negative about this place: staff, food, cleaning or whatever, it is a perfect place to stay if you visit dar es Salaam. Can't wait to visit the hotel again. Kindly regards, Morten ( denmark )
