Nice place, but unfortunately it’s very noisy inside.
Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location close to shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and public transport (Marmaray). The rooms are modern and clean. The quality of the furniture is not great, but since the hotel is new, everything was still in good condition. The rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with tea, water, and coffee. No breakfast is available.

Cons:

I had room 406 with the jacuzzi. The room was extremely warm and turning off the air conditioning did not really help. I opened the window and looked directly into the neighboring apartments. The walls of the room are paper-thin. You can literally hear everything happening in the hallway or in other rooms, and when a toilet is flushed or someone takes a shower, you can hear the water rushing loudly through the pipes. It cost me my night’s sleep.

Amazing staff, clean rooms & great location
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. We felt safe and at home whilst staying here. The hotel is spotlessly clean & the cleaning staff are lovely! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the location! :)

Cons:

Our room (204) did not have natural light at all which was especially disappointing as we were staying for 12 nights (a long time to go without natural light). The window in the room is looking out onto a wall…

We organised & paid for an airport - hotel transfer which was great on the way to the hotel but when we were leaving it seemed that our ride to the airport had been forgotten about and as a result our driver was 35 minutes late. We reached our boarding gate at the final call (thankfully) but it added stress to our last day which was unfortunate :(

The rooms are very warm at night and the AC is hit and miss. We had to call reception 3/4 times on different days for assistance because we were so warm.

Pros:

The location is the Best, close to the shops, restaurants, metro and Marmara. Amazing staff, good value for my stay. Will recommend this place 100%.
