Espetacular
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, o conforto e a cordialidade dos funcionários são o ponto alto da estadia. Todos muito educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O hotel além de todo o conforto, tem uma vista incrível do Rio e um café da manhã espetacular. Conta com estacionamento de fácil acesso. E há poucos minutos de caminhada, que já se aproveita o caminho, você estará no coração do Porto. Recomendo fortemente. Fora do barulho da cidade, mas próximo ao mesmo tempo.

Spa was closed for part of the stay and when reopen it was cold. Swimming pool steps had no grip

Pros:

Piękny design lamp i kwiatów. Przepyszne śniadanie i dobre drinki ;)

Cons:

Nie było dostępu do tarasu na dachu budynku. Obsługa odpowiadająca za czystość niemiła i pracująca z ogromną łaską i fochami. Pozostali pracownicy bardzo mili i pomocni.

L'emplacement est idéal proche du Douro
L'hôtel est top, belle chambre et le personnel très agréable
Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, varié et là encore le personnel est au petit soin
Piscine au rooftop avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Douro et la ville de Porto

Cons:

Spa : sol extrêmement glissant et manque des douches pour se laver après passage au sauna, hammam, piscine et bains à remous
Fitness : fuite au plafond dû probablement à une mauvaise aération de la pièce
