Zentrale Lage, gutes (kontinentales) Frühstück, freundlicher Service

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im zweiten Stock , Richtung Ave. du Prince Hinoi . Trotz geschlossenen Fensters war es sehr laut im Zimmer augrund des dichten Verkehrs, bis spät in die Abendstunden. Am Wochenende kam noch die laute Live Musik der Bora Bora Lounge dazu.

We love the modern feel of the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Not a big spread but enough. Like the sitting area.

Cons:

The shower water pressure is too low. The towel rails are too high. The music from the eatery was very loud till 12.30am.

Die Lage am Hafen ist super. Die Zimmer sind modern, jedoch sehr eng.
Für kurze Übernachtung jedoch ok. Fußläufig alles in der Nähe, auch der polynesische Markt, sowie mehrere Bars, Cafes und Restaurants.

Cons:

Das Frühstück erfordert dringende Verbesserung. Alte Toastscheiben, altes Gebäck(Croissants), nur ein paar kleine Käsestücke und Mini-Obststücke. Das war alles. Kaffee aus dem Automat war ok.

Quarto confortável. Fica bem perto do porto. É um hotel novo mas o café da manhã é bem simples. Quase não tem frutas. Não tem ovos. Não tem pão integral.

Quarto confortável. Fica bem perto do porto. É um hotel novo mas acho que o valor é alto para o que oferecem. O café da manhã é bem simples. Quase não tem frutas. Não tem ovos. Não tem pão integral. O taxista que atende ao hotel chegou bem atrasado no nosso último dia. Quase perdemos o voo. Quando voltar a Papeete vou optar por ficar num Resort. Vale a pena e a diferença de valores é pequena.

Papeete central hotel.
Pros:

For me, the location of the Maitai was perfect . It was a short distance from the airport and near the center of Papeete, with lots of eateries in the area. It was only two blocks from the cruise terminal and I easily wheeled my luggage to check in for my cruise to the Marquesas. The hotel looks recently remodelled with modern and aesthetic features. Reception staff is very kind.

Pour une chambre à 360 € c’est honteux d’avoir eu un lit d’appoint aussi épouvantable pour notre grand fils
C’était juste un canapé convertible, vieux système comme dans le temps avec un matelas d’une épaisseur de 5cm
Malgré nos « bidouilles » pour que celui-ci soit plus confortable, notre fils a essayé de dormir avec une barre de fer dans le dos !!!
Inacceptable
Pour finir, gros problème avec l’eau chaude, si vous aimez les douches écossaises, vous serez servi, un coup chaud brûlant, 2 secondes après de l’eau froide
Bref un grand manque de confort, vu le prix, je trouve tout cela honteux et je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Cons:

La chambre, le lit catastrophique. La douche. Les WC à une hauteur de géant et coincé derrière la porte de la salle de douche. Le sol de la chambre était très sale. Une très mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres.
