Magnifique hôtel dans un ville agréable et zen

Pros:

Bon établissement, petit déj parfait (qui vient du café d'en face et qui est délicieux).
Cependant, l'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas idéal et la chambre non conforme à la description.
On devait avoir une petite mezzanine et on a eu une chambre simple et pas très spacieuse.
Il y a également pas mal de vis à vis quand on est dans la chambre.
Soit on ferme tout et on est dans le noir soit on nous voit, c'est dommage.

Lieber nicht hier buchen

Das Loft Zimmer ist geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet.

Cons:

Der Pool wird nicht gereinigt und es hat nur zwei Sonnenliegen ohne Sonnenschutz, somit dient dieser Bereich nur zur Dekoration. Wir haben drei Nächte dort verbracht und nach der ersten Nacht war mein Körper übersäht mit Stichen. Wir vermuten, dass Bettwanzen dies verursacht haben, weil wir auf dem Kopfkissen einen entsprechenden Käfer gefunden haben. Das Personal hat stets die Bettlaken ausgewechselt und uns alternativ ein kleines Zimmer angeboten. Da wir für die Loft vielmehr Geld bezahlt haben und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal sehr schwierig war, weil sie schlecht Englisch sprechen, haben wir es einfach so hingenommen und im eigenen Seidenschlafsack übernachtet. Des Weiteren befindet sich hinter dem Haus eine Baustelle, die uns jeden Morgen geweckt hat. Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr unangenehm für uns und es wurde auch nichts offeriert oder rückerstattet für eine Wiedergutmachung. Das Personal vor Ort hat sich einfach nur entschuldigt.

Belle découverte qui n’attend qu’à passer un cap

La villa, l’emplacement, les matériaux de qualité, la proximité avec la plage, le côté calme loin du tumulte, les chambres avec mezzanine

Cons:

Pb d’aération au niveau des salles de bain dans les chambres, bonne réaction de l’équipe mais ça tient quand mm quand on ne met pas la climatisation

Splendide!!
Pros:

J ai aimé la piscine,le petit est très et copieux,l accueil du personnel,l espace de la chambre et la propreté.Ils peuvent vous aidez à trouver un bon loueur de scooter,je recommande cette Sama Villa.

Cons:

Un réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait un plus.

Magifique villa
Pros:

Très jolie villa récente, très lumineuse.
Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.
Piscine très agréable.
A 15 minutes à pieds de la plage.
Petit déjeuner livré du restaurant d'en face, très bon et copieux.

Fine for a short stay to find your footing in Amed but...
Pros:

My wife and I booked this for a 5 day stay which was too long here. So the goods- nice modern design, good breakfast (or other meals) from cafe next store, immediate volcano views, lots of friendly staff. The street it is on is safer than the main road to walk into town or go for a run.

Cons:

I just don't see how this is a 9 or 10 for so many people. The location is average- you will need to walk 20-30m+ into main town and beach or moped/taxi. The pool is unshaded and unfinished, not a place you would hang during the day so you will need to find a beach side place to be in the day and pay for drinks or lunch to do so. The staff, while friendly need some real training and experience. Examples- day one we asked where we could book a snorkelling tour in Amed- which is a bit like asking where you could find an Italian restaurant in Rome- and they had no suggestions. So we just booked ourselves some snorkeling on line which was an 8am pick up. Breakfast starts from 745am so we asked for an early breakfast and were politely told that's not possible. Then the next day we see other guests eating breakfast at 7am and were told if you order a particular breakfast you CAN get it earlier. Just more training- or an old school compendium in the room with info and recommendations- which might spoil the hipster vibe- but it would tell you the helpful information you need to know!

Pros:

Sama villa amed est un établissement que nous recommandons. La piscine ainsi que le balcon sont des atouts majeurs de l'hôtel. Le lieu est exceptionnel, tout comme le personnel. L'endroit où se situe l'hôtel est pratique, proche notamment de nombreux warung. Le rapport qualité prix est top.

Pas de grab ni Gojek car interdit pour privilégier les taxis locaux donc arnaque et le personnel nous a donné des numéros de chauffeur qui voulait nous arnaquer
On a eu un problème de chambre avec des canalisations horribles ça puait, on a du changer de chambre > heureusement car uniquement 5 logements
