Great staff and a great location for a weekend away in Leeds
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and really helpful. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.

The location is excellent and we would stay there again if we are in Leeds
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Our chambermaid was very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was very average. The hot food wasn’t very hot and the buffet unimaginative.

Great modern, clean hotel with 2 restaurants and rooftop bar
Pros:

Hotel is nice, clean and modern rooms are well laid out with sizeable bedrooms and bathrooms. The room came equipped with a mini fridge, Iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Shower is well stocked with Shampoo shower gel and conditioner. Nice quiet A/C let us set the temp for the room and then leave it be.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but did visit the rooftop bar for a cocktail which has a great view out over the city.

The city centre location is ideal, with restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and eateries all within short walking distance, as are galleries and the Kirkgate Market.

Relaxing and wonderful.
Pros:

Wonderful venue and facilities. The third time I have stayed and will continue to stay here each time I am in Leeds.

Great room, staff could do with some training
Pros:

Room and location. Very clean.

Cons:

Service. When I arrived some system was doing so kept waiting for ages in a very hot reception area. Staff seemed confused as to what to do - surely they have manual processes just I case?

Also, once systems were online I was asked to pay, despite having already paid. When I left I was also asked to pay. Booking.com had sent me an email confirming payment and it was on my card transaction too.
