above expectations
Pros:

The stay we had was amazing, above expectations. Place is nice, new, clean, well decorated and location is perfect - close to old town but silent enough during the night. The host is super nice, helpful, speaks english well. We also bought trips from the hotel and we were satisfied:) highly recommended!

Pros:

Hace 40 días estamos de viaje por el Sudeste Asiático y el Hotel Rokas Hoi An fue una de las estadías que más disfrutamos. Cerca de todo pero tranquilo, camas cómodas, súper limpias las habitaciones y el baño, y lo más destacable es el personal, nos ayudaron en infinidad de cosas que necesitábamos, nos prestaron una balanza para pesar nuestro equipaje y nos imprimieron las Visas del siguiente país, siempre con una sonrisa. Una estadía hermosa, sin dudas volvería!

Super friendly staff, location is OK a bit far from the center in a quiet area.

Cons:

Rooms are way too small, bathroom is tiny. We took a family room for 2 adults 3 kids and it wasn't good. Breakfast is made by the staff and was not good.

Pros:

Posizione a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale di Hoi An e quindi fuori dalla confusione. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Non c'è una stanza per la colazione, ma è possibile ordinare la sera prima (scegliendo tra un'ampia scelta di proposte) e riceverla direttamente in camera. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

L'unica piccola pecca è l'insonorizzazione. Avevamo una camera comunicante con un'altra occupata da altri ospiti. Nonostante le porta fosse chiusa sentivamo tutto dall'altra stanza. Per fortuna erano educati e non è stato un problema durante la notte.

Owner Tuan is a professional, friendly and helpful person, his face always has a bright smile, when we didn’t accept the attractions he has propose, he still has a great smile . Any questions check with him, he is always patience with the answer.
We are happy to stay at this hotel., Will back when next time visit again Hoi An.

Globalement absolument tout.
L’hôtel est petit, cosy, avec un ascenseur, très propre, on a adoré! Un coup de ❤️
Le personnel est très accueillant
La piscine est petite mais un vrai bonheur en fin de journée pour se détendre
L’hôtel est un peu plus loin de l’hyper centre mais c’est au calme pour dormir et il ne faut que quelques minutes pour être en plein centre-ville

Friendly boutique stay by the river
Pros:

Rokas ticked all the boxes: superb hospitality, great location, comfortable, and really reasonably priced! Tuan was so friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and encouraged us to get in touch with any questions. All the staff we met were so kind and accommodating, and the a la carte breakfast was delicious - a great range to choose from with different fresh juices daily (we recommend the banh mi Viet Nam). The rooms are small but neat and tidy with quite a spacious shower. The pool is also cosy but perfect for a dip to cool down. We loved the location - a little quieter than central old town, but a pleasant walk along the river to get there. Lots of local food nearby, and a minimart just across the road, and Tuan kindly arranged laundry service for us and was always quick to answer any queries on whatsapp.

Cons:

The soundproofing of rooms wasn't amazing, so if you are a light sleeper maybe pack some ear plugs.

Cons:

Le BRUIT, tant de l'intérieur (on a eu l'impression que les voisins étaient dans notre chambre toute la nuit), que de l'extérieur (aucune insonorisation, on était au milieu de la circulation des 5h). Cela nous a empêché de dormir... et la fonction première d'un hotel, cest de permettre le repos...
Le petit déjeuner de qualité tres moyenne, mais la note est donnée juste pour le bruit, car le petit dejeuner est en rage du prix payé

Buen hotel cerca del centro
Pros:

El hotel está a tan solo 5 minutos de la zona del centro, muy bien ubicado. Las camas son grandes y cómodas. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Cons:

La piscina no tiene zona de estar, está techada justo a la entrada del hotel. Está bien para darte un chapuzón, pero poco más. Las habitaciones están nuevas y renovadas pero son algo pequeñas (nos costó abrir las dos maletas).

Ottimo hotel proprio vicinissimo all'inizio della zona pedonale.. ristrutturato da poco a delle belle camere molto curate la famiglia che lo gestisce e super simpatica disponibile.la colazione si sceglie il giorno prima e ci sono diverse opzioni tutte preparate al momento volendo la portano anche in camera,super consigliato!!!

Ein kleines Juwel im Herzen von Hội An.

Das Rokas Hoi An Boutique Hotel liegt super zentral – direkt am Thu Bồn-Fluss und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Night Market entfernt. Besser könnte die Lage wirklich nicht sein.

Mein Zimmer war gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet, mit vielen durchdachten Details. Besonders angenehm: kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank und ein zuverlässig funktionierender Safe – Dinge, die man auf Reisen schnell zu schätzen lernt.

Hervorzuheben ist vor allem Tuan, der Besitzer: Er spricht ausgezeichnetes Englisch, ist immer freundlich und hat sich um jedes meiner vielen Anliegen gekümmert. Egal ob Tipps zum Erkunden der Stadt oder kleinere Herausforderungen – Tuan hatte stets eine Lösung parat und war dabei unglaublich engagiert.

Auch das übrige Personal war durchweg herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man spürt, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird.

Fazit: Wenn ich wieder nach Hội An reise, ist das Rokas ganz klar meine erste Wahl. Absolute Empfehlung!
