This is the second time that I have booked a King room. They are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and is equipped with a superb shower system and a spa bath. The lighting in the room is excellent and allows for either bright or subdued lighting. The TV is a Smart TV which allows guests to access YouTube, Netflix and a variety of other channels. The tea/coffee facility in the room is good to, however the cups are a little bit small. All the staff are exceptional and they are both polite and very courteous. Overall, I fully recommend the Eden to any visitors to this area of HCMC.
No dislikes, however slightly blarger cups for the tea/coffee facility would be a benefit, as would a small waste bin the the main bedroom and not just the bathroom.
Stayed before flying back to UK. Perfectly acceptable for this purpose
Traffic was heavy to airport in the morning allow plenty of time
The size of the room was spacious and can fit luggage in there well.
The overall cleanliness - there was hair and a fingernail in my sheets. The staff changed it immediately but then only came back one other time to clean the room within a 5 day stay, despite having the housekeeping sign on the door.

Room space is very large, and clean, the property is nice and patient while supporting me check in.
I can't find tissue in bath room, only one on beside table. And also I can't find trash can in my room, only one in bath room.
The hotel was good not great, would recommend for solo travelers but not families
For the area it’s in I guess this is as good as it gets but be warned that this hotel seems more like an hourly motel.
Loved the Eden hotel, the staff was very cute, the girl at the reception desk helped me with a purchase over the phone and collected the delivery for me while I was out. Thr room was comfortable, huge hot tub with jacuzzi set, smart TV with Netflix and Youtube and a little table to do your make up. I was travelling alone but the room would be perfect for a couple as it very romantic. The night front desk manager was very sweet and accommodated my late arrival. Would stay there again!
The bath was good.
The beds are super hard.
Hard like you are sleeping on the floor.
If you put the towels on the floor, it will be softer than the bed.
