A modern hotel with good amenities and an ideal location if driving/working in Kansas City
Pros:

Modern rooms, lovely shower, mostly quiet, friendly staff, free parking usually available (offseason), well appointed gym, good bar with lots of liquor options (though no drafts). I was working in the city and this was an ideal staging spot to get to anywhere in the vicinity relatively quickly via car

Cons:

A bit noisy from above, needs more soundproofing, dogs are allowed in the stay and it was audible that they were present at times, though it was not too bad. Not in a walkable area--lots of things being built nearby

Location of the property is pretty good will be back when I come to watch FIFA.

Location, staff, cleanliness and amenities.

Cons:

The microwave was only available on the top floor, not in every room. Additionally, more clarification is needed on Booking.com regarding parking. I checked in at 2:00 a.m., and it took me 5–10 minutes to find a parking spot. Please mention on Booking.com that there is a paid parking lot at the back of the property.

Very satisfied, overall. Highly recommend. Look forward to next time when the street car spur is running.
Pros:

Location, excellent room, bar, restaurant and wonderful staff everywhere. Will be even better when the street car is stopping out front.

Cons:

Didn’t much care for the 2 Birds 1 Stone facility, weather didn’t cooperate for the patio, but the menu, beer selection and service were subpar.

It was amazing!
Pros:

I loved the complimentary breakfast we were given for staying to attend the volleyball tournament. I also loved the front desk attendant. She was so accommodating and helpful at all times. I was traveling with a newborn and she even offered to help with my bags. Loved this hotel and will be staying again.
