Richard was so pleasant when we arrived at 1:30 am. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is an ideal location right next to freeway exit. Hotel room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. Hotel staff including the kitchen staff had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. Buffer breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel, in terms of the condition. It’s quite new and it shows. The king size bed we had was very comfortable. We enjoyed the BBQ restaurant across the parking lot.

The only real issue we had was the thin walls. Your sleep quality is largely dependent on other hotel guests. One night was terrible and the other was fine. It’s simply a gamble as to whether you’ll get a good night of rest.

The buffet breakfast that’s included was adequate. The front desk employees were great.

Excellent rooms, clean, and the staff was great. We had a problem with the tv in our room and they came up right away to try and fix it but couldn’t so they moved us to another room. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was ok. There was a nice bbq restaurant next to the hotel that we ate at a couple of times and it was excellent as well.

Exceeded our expectations - beautiful new hotel with elegant finishes (chandeliers outside each door) and the widest hallways I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. Highly recommend The Valor!

Very easy access from freeway, LOVED there was NO carpet in rooms, pillows & mattreses were amazing, not a fan of the shower, no grab bars, water pressure not high enough, tub floor alittle slippery( I am a senior I probably should have requested a handicap room) staff was very nice, definitely would stay again!

Such a nice hotel! I was just passing through so was only there one night, but I was so impressed and will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is the top of the list for one of the best hotel I’ve personally had. The rooms are gorgeous, me and my husband actually said wow when walking into the room! Absolutely stunning, clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for it being so close to the highway. We would 10000% stay here again. Highly recommended, staff was wonderful and breakfast was so much fun getting to make your own fresh waffles. Thank-you so much to all the staff who made our stay wonderful!

This hotel is right off of I-15 and new, clean, safe and reasonable. Doug at the front desk was awesome - so nice and helpful - with a lot of knowledge of the area. I had driven over 10 hours and happy to find a place with a super clean room and comfortable bed!

The hotel is beautiful but its beauty is overshadowed by a sewer smell from plumbing issues. We stayed on the 3rd floor and were informed the smell is the worst on that floor. There are a lot of fun amenities including a pool, hot tub and pickleball court. If the hotel were successful in resolving the sewer smell issue we would easily recommend it.

There are no negatives about the property. I would reccommend the hotel without any qualifying statement. Also, Parowan is a great small town, excellent restaurants and historical sites.
