The “Stay Inn” felt cozy and intimate. It was great to practically drive up to our door, the rooms were up-to-date, incredibly clean and functional. Communication with the staff was excellent. When we first arrived, we had a little trouble with the code to our room. We received a call, and another staff person came to our door to re-program the lock immediately. During our stay, we booked the sauna and the staff had it heated, left us robes, and sent us word when it was ready!
We really did enjoy our stay. There could be a little more sound-proofing between rooms or between the room and the outer deck/walkway. Happily, there wasn’t much foot-traffic during our stay, but we could still hear every person arriving and leaving.
The foam beds were quite comfy in the middle, but too soft around the edges- it felt like you could fall out!
The location is great, rooms were clean, and the grounds were lovely.
We were not happy wroth how their television was set up for channels
The apartment was super clean, beds were comfortable.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The staff were very accommodating and the room was amazing, a great location for seeing some local spots. They even made a cute little towel animal for my sisters birthday:)
The hot tub was not available as it was cold, even when staff tried to accommodate and fix it.

We paid for the big suite room with the full kitchen. You would expect it to actually kitchen stuff in it. There were no cups plates utensils anything.
This is what we didn't like:
The door would not lock when leaving the room. There was no one at the facility. I called the number but could not reach anyone. There were no perks. The snacks in the room were not free, there was no breakfast included. There were no extra blankets. The bed was of low quality, it seemed, so we had back aches in the morning. There were no written instructions for the TV and phone, so people who are older have difficulty unless you are savvy using cell phones. So all in all, it was an ok place to stay but we had no TV and only one small chair for reading, so it wasn't good value for the money. There was a train close by, so loud noises. We didn't hear any while we were sleeping.

New and clean rooms.
1. The location is literally on a major train railways. The train is loud and the walls are shaking when it passes. It passed several times during the night which resulted in a very BAD night sleep.
2. The shower is very basic but more importantly it is not warmed and the water are not warm enough for a decent shower. Brrrrrr
3. There's an automatic light between the rooms which goes on according to motion. It was really disturbing to us but there was no way to turn it off.
4. We booked a mini apartment for 6 people, but there were only 4 towels.
5. Outside pictures are misleading. There's no real outside, its just a parking lot with a piece of grass you see in the picture on the listing.
