Well the room was okay for the price, everything was clean and neat except the fan which was not cleaned for months in-fact it was not starting. We texted, called but on one replied. We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00
On the same night around 3 in morning the electricity stopped working we thought it was a general problem but after coming back to the hotel at night we found out it was only our room that had this problem we asked for anything but no one replied i guess it was too late for owner to reply but in the morning also the ignored my calls. Finally got a text that he got us a different room but it had no access code.
I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails
