Your perfect stay in Jeonju. Best location, great breakfast, amazing staff and clean hotel!
Pros:

This was the Best Shilla we have been. The personnel is very nice, especially the Breakfast Staff, they are so polite and so lovely, kudos for them!! The hotel is new, very clean and well mantained. Laundry area is marvellous and very very clean. The location is perfect as well. The rooftop bar is very cool.

Cons:

Difficult to don't like this Hotel, everything was amazing. I would put drinks on the rooftop bar such as nice wines or more drinks and food.

베드 쿠션 및 린넨 아주 좋았습니다.
바닥 마감재도 카페트 대신 wood tile finish도 청결해 보였습니다.
11층 라운지의 메뉴 구성은 매우 센스가 있는 것 같아요. 가격도 적당하고요. 좋은 시간 보냈습니다. 그럼에도 투숙객들이 많이 사용하고 있는 느낌은 아니어서 뭔가 아이디어가 필요할 것 같습니다. 라운지 홀에서 실내의 이미지나 어떤 홍보를 위한 영상이 있다면! 글라스 배치 등 너무 깔끔한 것 같아 좀 정적인 것 같아요.
조식 메뉴 구성도 훌륭했습니다.

Cons:

별 불편이 있었던 것은 아니지만 트윈룸인 경우 의자 하나만 있는 것은 불편한 것 같아요. 아울러 슈트케이스를 놓을 수 있는 공간이 따로 없어(실제 불편한 것은 아니지만) 좀 격이 부족하다고 보입니다.
TV시청 시에 남자들이 좋아하는 스포츠 채널이 유료로 운영되고 있어서 불만스러웠습니다.

Pros:

Les personnels du service du petit déjeuner était polis et professionnels. L'hôtel est néanmoins froid envers les étrangers même lorsque l'on fait l'effort de parler leur langue. C'est comme si on ne nous voyait pas..

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas senti d'accueil chaleureux comme dans d'autres hôtels.
Nous n'avons pas pu faire du change non plus.

Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance to the town and hanok village. We got upgraded but even so they have great spacious rooms. Everything was clean and more than fair for the price we paid.

Cons:

Gym was a bit bare bones but did have water bottles available which was great.

Overall, we had a great stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good as well as the location. The bathroom setup was very good and the water pressure of the shower.

Cons:

The lingering smell of new paint (I think that’s what it was) did hamper the comfort of our stay.

It was comfortable, friendly and a good location.
Pros:

The location was good, walking distance to the hanok area. The weird thing about this hotel is the window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is a blind that keeps the folks in the bedroom from seeing the person in the shower. It is a very odd design. The rooms are on the smaller side, with little room for placing luggage. We used the couch and desk for our luggage.
The two beds were nice as we are friends travelling. The shower, toilet, accessories, etc were fine. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis. We did not eat at the hotel or use the gym. I liked the iron and board they provided. I appreciate that the hotel provided tea and coffee bags, however, no cream. I believe that might be standard in S Korea at hotels?

Cons:

The weird design of the window between the shower and the bedroom. It was blocked with a blind, but super odd.

Везде приветливый персонал, красивый интерьер, отличный номер - мягкая постель, хороший напор в душе, умный унитаз.

У меня был включен завтрак и он был очень разнообразный и вкусный, особенно сок алоэ!

Cons:

Единственное у меня вид из окна был на другое здание, но я и не в окно приехала смотреть.

Not as expected
Pros:

A new hotel and friendly staff in a nice locadtion.

Cons:

1. I was given a Korean style ondol room despite that I had booked a western style room. The hotel was full so I did not ask for change of the room.
2. Nice gym but it opens only from 6am to 11pm - there is no point of restricting the use of the gym because there is no gym attendant anyway and you can access the gym with room key.
3. There was a fault in the design in the glass door for the shower. Regardless how tight you close the door, water was splashing through the gap between the glass door and the door hinge.
