Not worthy 9.1 rating!
Pros:

Location was really good, overlooking the Alhambra.

Cons:

The bathroom was in a very poor condition considering this accomodation is rated 9.1 (excellent). The towels came with holes in them, kitchen towel and dishes were dirty. The hairdryer was full of mould or dirt and dust. The black armchairs had stains on them and windows have not been cleaned for a while. There was noise coming from the street, not much acoustics and one of the nights the alarm went off and the fire panel sounded all night. In the morning upon arrival at reception I was advised that the alarm doesn't inform anybody about the fault. I have requested whether it was possible to relocate us to another room however this was not an option. I have asked whether we could check out earlier and seek another accommodation. The person at the reception informed me that they would consult this request with their partner and never called me back with the response as agreed. Lack of care and maintenance at this place and let's not forget danger if the fire panel is not connected.
