Just outside the hotel is basically an open sewer. Also, there is, for some reason, music being played in the hallways from 0700-2230 which can definitely be heard inside the hotel room. Shower/bathroom is cramped.
The location is close to some destination, the room has nice design. When I was check in I don’t think the room is ready for check in, because is not clean enough, no toilet paper. So bad

The location was good enough, (relatively) close to two train stations (to the east, rajawali, to the west, mangga besar), walk some further to the west and you'll be at a busway station (mind you, if you are not used to Jakarta traffic, walking there might not be pleasant), if all else fails, taxi's can transport you fine as well. The rooms were clean, but small (but that's not a huge issue). The staff was very friendly and helpful, also a plus.
Oh, before I forget, the airco was nice.
The walls were thin, which made us hear a lot of things, but that did not bother me much personally, except for the hotel music... I should've brought my earplugs for that.
Also, I did not see a door handle sign (maybe it was hidden somewhere?), that would've been a time saver for the cleaning services, since we had to tell them a lot of times if they could clean the room at a later time.

It’s a brand new hotel, with very nice staff! We loved the interior design and the small but beautiful rooms. The breakfast was also nice! Plus they offer in the evening a restaurant with yummi dinner & drinks. Highly recommend this hotel.
The shower is not separated from the bathroom - but it still worked quite well. So not a big deal. :)
