Hotel Japanesque Kyoto Station ZEQUU ANNEX

The hotel was a short walk from Kyoto Station, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ourt twin room was very small and would not recommend for a family of three. On the website it gives wrong information and it should be corrected to mention that this room is for no more than 2 guests.
Otherwise the hotel and room was good with a common space to have your breakfast or take away meals.

Relatively new, with spacious rooms. (2 beds, enough room for your stuff, even without cupboards.

Hay una lavandería justo enfrente y el hotel tiene servicio de café y té las 24hrs :)

よい点：建物は新しく、部屋はきれいです。京都駅から程よく遠く、比較的安価です。部屋に入ればとても快適でした。

改善点(1)：初めて訪れたとき、このホテルの場所の建物にホテル名の掲示がないので、困りました。道路反対側に、名前が似ているホテルがありました。そこのフロントに行きました。「そのホテルは、道の反対側のあの建物」と教えてもらいました。建物に名前の看板を掲げるべきです。

改善点(2)：パソコンを広げて仕事をするのは難しかったです。パソコンを使うならケーブル長1メートル以上のACタップを持参するほうがいいです。

特徴：フロントに人が居ないことが多いです。レストランはありませんでした。朝食は自分で手配する必要があります。

部屋は広いし、きれい。アクセスも最高。なのに安い。

こういうところに泊まったら、ちょっと高いホテルに泊まる意味が分からなくなる。

10 min walk from Kyoto station. Nearest 7-11 is like 5 min walk away.
Close to Aeon (15 min walk )
Shopping mall opposite Kyoto station.
They didn't clean our place because we didn't indicate if we wanted to clean.
Anyway for 2 nights stay, our room wasn't that dirty.
They offered free iced tea and hot water for our maggi mee or drip hot coffee.
We ended up eating bkft at the lounge on level 1 before leaving there. My children loved this place. Business travel also good. Don don donki,
Aeon (had a street of shopping inside.)
Dinner options- Aeon offers more choices than the mall opposite Kyoto station. Main Tennant is Don Don Donki.
Aeon is huge and variety of shops and restaurants. And it's a combined 2 malls. We didn't have time for shopping. Just eating at Aeon and brief look around on level 4 in Aeon.

While this facility was newish, fresh, and nicely appointed and staffed, there were some glaring errors in the execution of its design.

Problem #1: There was no switch to turn of the bathroom vent fan. This made machine noice into the room 24/7.

Ptonlem #2. There was no bedside lighting, nor were there bedside lighting controls for the room overall. This suggests the designer expected the guest to end their day by watching TV in the dark with no option for either reading, nor being able to turn off the room lighting without having to get up and cross the room.

These are both deal-breakers and I would not stay here again.

施設は清潔でよかったと思います。立地は京都観光に便利だったと思います。
一階でもらえるアメニティに紅茶はありましたが、インスタントでいいのでコーヒーが欲しかったです。

スタッフはフレンドリーで良かったですが、部屋が少し異臭がして洗面所はトイレ臭かったです。

The hotel is newer so the property itself is nice, but the rooms were a little dirty still so I had to wipe it down with some wipes. Staff doesn't speak English as well, which was fine since we got by but just want to warn others. Not a ton of dining options nearby but there was a convenience store and the Kyoto station and shopping/dining areas are about a ten minute walk away. This was a pretty average hotel I don't know if I'd stay here again but for the price it wasn't bad.

京都駅まで15〜20分ほど。
近くに食事できるようなところは少ないが、コンビニあり。
コインランドリーはないが、少し歩けば近くにあり。
ホテル内はとても綺麗で清潔感あり。
ロビーにフリースペースあり。レンジもここに。朝はお水とお茶が置いてあって自由に飲める。
素泊まりでもとてもよい。

Excellent location, great WiFi, comfy beds and the rooms are big enough to actually accommodate two people!

Staff were great and any toiletries needed were available in Reception.

혼자 이용했는데 깨끗하고 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다. 단지 근처 버스가 없어서 교토역에서 5~10분정도 걸어야 하고 편의점도 좀 멀리 있습니자.
