Pros:

I stayed here three times in one long African trip. The staff were fantastic. Very clean and professionally run. Thank you so much. Bed excellent. Rooms are properly sound proof. Great water pressure in the shower.

Pros:

I really liked the staff—they are very friendly and treat you like a queen or king, exactly as a customer deserves. They made sure I felt satisfied with all the services. Peter worked on everything that didn’t go well during my stay. The owner is lucky to have such an amazing team: Kennedy, Peter, Angela, Herbert, and the staff who cleaned our rooms (unfortunately, I never got their names). You all truly deserve the best. I sincerely appreciated your efforts.

The rooms are very spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant. It also has helpful facilities like a pharmacy, which came in handy when I needed medicine. The manager was also very kind, helping me receive money through his phone multiple times, as I didn’t have M-Pesa (mobile transaction service). I really appreciated this.

In general, all the staff genuinely want their customers to feel satisfied. Thank you all. Asante sana! I look forward to recommending this hotel to others and to returning in the future.

Cons:

I also have a few suggestions that could make the stay even better:

It would be great to have more breakfast options available in the buffet, such as salads or avocado. While it is possible to order these items separately, having them readily available would save extra effort for the staff and be more convenient for guests.

The lobby is not very accommodating for guests using laptops. A designated table or area for laptop use in the lobby would be very helpful. Working from the restaurant is fine since it’s not congested, but having a dedicated space in the lobby would be even better.

My first room had a door through which I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone, which disturbed my sleep. Soundproof doors would be a valuable improvement.

These are minor suggestions, but overall my experience was wonderful thanks to the amazing staff and facilities.

Een stille kamer met airco en uitstekende douche. Parkeren kan beveiligd , 24x7, op eigen terrein. De verhuurder. African motor tours, van mijn motorfiets zit 500mtr verder in dezelfde straat. Ik was aangenaam verrast door dit hotel

Decent and good value
Pros:

Friendly staff, good amenities, elevator was fast. Rom was in good condition and clean. I felt safe.

Cons:

Not too many options for breakfast. There's no juice available. It's not exactly easy for taxi or Uber drivers to find the location nor walkable to other amenities. WiFi seems to intercept some websites so you can't view certain (legitimate) websites.
