O quarto era espaçosoo suficiente, com uma cama super confortável. No entanto, muito escuro, mesmo com todas as luzes acesas.
A limpeza poderia ser melhor pois o quarto tinha um odor estranho um pouco desagradável, mas que não chegava a ser um fedor. E cabelos estavam pelo chão no box no dia da chegada. Fato que não se repetiu durante a estadia.
Os funcionários são simpaticos e atenciosos.
O banho é com, com temperatura constante e agradável.

Siisti perushotelli. Aika voimakkaat pesuaine tai raikastetuoksut. Sijainti erinomainen vanhassa kaupungissa. Mahdollisuus aamiaiseen, mutta aamiaisen valikoima oli vaatimaton. Kannattaa mennä aamiaiselle viihtyisiin muihin kahviloihin, joita alueella on runsaasti ja laajemmalla valikoimalla suurinpiirtein samaan hintaan. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias.

The room was well decorated, but more care could be taken with the cleaning to live up to its high design

Rigtigt godt hotel med central beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Meget god service og venligt personale. Fine værelser, dog ikke meget skabs -og skuffeplads.

Absolutely loved our stay, clean and comfortable. Some noise from the street as expected. The walls are thin so could hear "adult time" from the room next door. Luckily it did not go on all night, but someone was being very naughty (judging by the spanking that was going on.)

Super emplacement

Very nice and clean hotel right in the middle of Casco Viejo where there is much to see and places to eat. The furthest walk was 25 minutes to the Guggenheim Museum, but a very scenic walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy to find in old town. But my room was spacious and had a balcony which was nice but with that comes the noise from the streets. The bed was squeaky, the pillows were not my liking and the shampoo holder fell down and woke me up. The hotel lounge was cosy with a cafe and people working remote. The hotel seems trendy and the staff was friendly, and I appreciate the upgrade by paying 20£ to check in earlier as well

Overall it was comfy and good place to stay… I would suggest the add a fridge in the rooms, since it’s the only thing missing in my point of view.

Great hotel with at a reasonable price. Early check-in by paying 5 euros. Quiet and well located. Very new and nice skylight that opens and had black out blinds. Wish they had a fridge. Was alone but I'd you have someone with you, they can see you use the shower/washroom. There should be dark curtains around the washroom. A small fridge in the room would also be nice along with free coffee/tea in the lobby or even a small fee to pay, especially after hours of th café downstairs since no coffee or tea in the room..

Me pareció poco higiénico el hotel en el baño. Olía mucho a orines y las alfombras sucias el piso sucio, o sea olía muy fuerte el cuarto muy fuerte, hasta le dije a la señorita de abajo a la recepcionista que ojalá no nos pudieran limpiar porque estuvimos dos días, y el primer día fue muy desagradable. El segundo día fue menos desagradable, pero seguía oliendo.

Allt helt okej. Rent och städat. Liten och hård säng. Endast 1 litet fönster. Fantastiskt läge. Helt ok för 2 nätter om man är ute mycket.

Exelentes habitaciones, muy recomendado

Bra beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Lett tilgjenglighet til det meste. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Litt spesiell utforming på badet.

Mycket centralt läge, mycket trevlig personal, ingen frukost, men många små frukostbarer precis i närheten. OK säng, men dåligt med plats att hänga upp kläder. Udda med tvättstället i rummet, men inget stort problem. Mycket ljud på kvällen, men det var påskveckan, så då är det processioner i många städer.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La literie est de qualité et le standing au rendez-vous. Les deux petits points négatifs seraient le manque d'insonorisation des chambres et une odeur de parfum constante dans l'hôtel et les chambres en général. La localisation est parfaite et le personnel agréable. J'y retournerai les yeux fermés !
