Good but noisy.
Pros:

The room was clean. Amenities were provided. Good smell.

Cons:

The rooms were advertised as being soundproof, but I could hear noises throughout the entire night. It made it difficult to sleep. I was told that there was a spa, but never saw one. The person working the front desk doesn't engage with people as they are coming and leaving. Which to me is very unsafe. It means that someone could enter the building easily without being properly greeted and confirmed as a resident. A remote controller for the AC wasn't provided, so my room was incredibly warm and dry at night.

Pros:

So good sleep!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the first accommodation facility in the City, which opened in 1931. The cozy and clean room satisfied me. The interior design and furniture were renovated, especially one of the pillows on the bed, which made me sleep so well. I would like to recommend to all of you who hesitate to pick legit hotels in the city.

엥 여기 왜 후기도 없고 그나마 있는 후기도 별로인지 모르겠네요
성수기에 이 가격에 이 컨디션 룸은 힘들다고 봐요
오픈한지 얼마 되지 않아서 쾌적하고 깨끗해요
에어컨이 약한 것 같아도 조금만 기다리면 금방 시원해져요
기대하지 않았는데 연박시에 객실 청소도 깔끔하게 해주십니다(매일)
체크인시에 무인 키오스크에서 예약번호를 인식하지 못한게 귀찮았지만 고객센터(?)에서 잘 대응해주셔서 금방 입실하였습니다
속초에 또 가면 또 이용하고 싶어요

아! 그리고 주차장에 구획이 그어져있으면 좋겠어요

Pros:

새로 리뉴얼 오픈한 숙소로 청결했으며 성수기에도저렴한 가격으로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 카드키가 한개뿐이라 에어컨을 미리 가동시킬수없어 실내가 너무 더웠으며...냉방을 최대치로 설정해도 시원해지지않아 더위를 타시는 분들은 비추드려요. 그외엔 모두 만족스럽습니다
