I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing from start to finish.

The property itself feels very dated, and this is especially evident in the rooms. The bedding and linens were visibly old and had a yellowed appearance. The bedsheets had multiple stains on them, and what was particularly frustrating was the staff’s response. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, they explained that the stains were “permanent” due to the age of the sheets, which is simply not an acceptable standard for any hotel.

Cleanliness was another major concern. The bathroom did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to check-in, and there were visible stains on the floor. The towels provided were also old and had stains, reinforcing the overall lack of hygiene and upkeep.

In terms of comfort, the air conditioning did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the internet was essentially non-existent.

Additionally, no shower gel was provided in the bathroom, which is a very basic amenity that guests should not have to request separately.

Overall, the hotel falls far below expected standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

While there were some issues during my stay, I didn’t find anything noteworthy to appreciate during my stay.

Cons:

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The AC in the room was not working at all, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable especially given the weather.
What made it worse was the behavior of the evening staff. It felt like they were constantly keeping an eye on us, which was quite unsettling and took away any sense of privacy or comfort.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations at all. Basic amenities like air conditioning should be functional, and guests should feel at ease..not watched. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several basic service and housekeeping issues that should normally be standard in any hotel.

First, the bathroom was missing essential amenities. There were no toilet rolls and no facial tissues provided, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the closet had no hangers available, making it difficult to organize clothing during the stay.

Service from the staff was also very slow. Requests took a long time to be addressed, which affected the overall experience. To make matters worse, after checkout I requested an invoice, and it took three days for the hotel to finally provide it.

Overall, the lack of basic amenities and the slow service significantly impacted the quality of the stay. I hope the management improves attention to these details and responsiveness, as these are fundamental expectations for guests.

Cons:

One of the most horrible experience I have had with this property. Daily water was not placed in the room after cleaning and when you ask for it, first a fall there is no staff to attend, no one picks up the housekeeping or Reception call. You need to go to the reception and ask for water, then they will send after an hour as sometimes there is no stock of water bottles or there is no staff to provide.
Even there was an issue with bathroom water supply. Almost all the guests had gathered at reception at around 6 am as there was no Tap water. and many other guests had the same experience in past about the tap water going off. The water started at around 9 am. The whole night there was no water in bathroom.
Pathetic stay. Don't ever consider this property for your stay
