Horrible property, shouldn’t be in any booking platform.
Pros:

Never stayed in such a bad hotel. The bathrooms were so dirty, its like they have been used. Just before our check in.
No hot water.
Breakfast was so bad.
The staff never respond, and are very rude.
The rooms and bed linen are so unclean.
We booked 4 rooms, one of the room linen had blood stains. Horrific experience

Cons:

First time bad experience. This kind of property should not be registered on any portal
Pros:

Only location is good

Cons:

Very pathetic property . Worst than any Best Western properties.
No hot water, no staff for cleaning . Even basic service is also issue

Pros:

Rooms were spacious

Cons:

Staff was very non attentive. Had to call the staff 2-3 times for everything . No hot water, no towels, no water in the room.
The description says that it’s 1.5 km from the golden temple but it’s not true. It’s 4kms.
There was no water in the morning and had to wait for staff for an hour to come and fix it.

Almost perfect stay!!!
Pros:

Location of the property is well‑known & it’s about 2 km from the Golden Temple & market. They have private parking right in front of the main entrance. I received a call to confirm my ETA because I was late for the general check‑in time but the room was ready at my check‑in time.

Room – spacious & clean, walls are soundprood, up to expectations. The bed was comfortable. I’ve been traveling for 10 days & had serious back & shoulder pain from uncomfortable beds but after the first night at Best Western Plus my pain improved & it was almost gone by the second night. Very happy with this!

Hot water is not available all the time. I had to shower with cold water most of the time. As someone who takes two showers a day, I expected hot water in the evening but on the checkout morning I still didn’t get it. The basin never got hot water during my stay so I had to heat water in the kettle to wash my face when it was 5 to 8°C outside. Water wasn’t provided in the room & I had to ask for it several times. They do not provide a hair dryer.

Breakfast was repeated both days (Idli‑Sambhar & Chutney, Puri‑Bhaji, Porridge, boiled eggs, Paratha, canned juice, Tea ‑Coffee, Papaya ‑Watermelon). The Idli on day 1 was uncooked but the Puri‑Bhaji is a must‑try. Very delicious! Staff is helpful & serve personally. Breakfast was included but on day 2 I was told it wasn’t & would have to pay. They had to check their system, which I feel could have been avoided.

I requested a late check‑out because my flight was late in the evening. They happily gave me till 1 pm, after which it would be chargeable per their system.
