Could have had a few more food options on the menu for breakfast and dinner. Staff sometimes gave confusing messages about logistics but overall were very warm and friendly.

1 des meilleurs sinon LE meilleur hôtel en 30 ans de voyage en terme de compromis situation/qualité/service (disons dans le top 3)

Cons:

Le service initial n’est pas toujours à 100% rigoureux dans le détail (ex : oubli de remettre de l’eau ou du savon)
Mais la réactivité est extrême (dans les 2 mn)

À savoir : la zone hôtelière est loin de la ville donc c’est mieux d’avoir une voiture si vous voulez sortir.
Les restaurants de la zone hôtelière sont évidemment un peu plus cher qu’en ville.

Le point « gris » de Tulum reste les sargasses. Fin février ça commençait à être limite (même si notre hôtel et les 2 autres situés juste en-dessous de lui sont ceux qui ont les meilleurs services de nettoyage de la plage - tracteur). Donc on s’est baigné tous les jours sans problèmes mais pas de plage « immaculée » (peut être en décembre-janvier mais en février les sargasses sont déjà là).

Chambre pas insonorisée. Litterie mauvaise. Douche sans porte
Le séjour de l'hotel a été prépayé et prélevé dans son intégralité via booking.
Quant on est arrivé ils nous ont prélevé 498.88 euros pour couvrir d'eventuels frais pendant le sejour, c'etait le 21 février. Aujourd'uile 1er mars l'argent n'a toujours pas été remboursé.

I had an absolutely amazing week at Sana Beachfront Hotel. Everything was perfect — the room was spotless and beautifully designed, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and stylish. I especially loved the unique design of the hotel; it creates such a special and welcoming vibe.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Renato, Joss, and Jonathan from the concierge team — they went above and beyond in every way. Their attention, kindness, and professionalism were incredible. They also gave us fantastic local tips, including a recommendation for a stunning nearby Cenote.

Highly recommended — we would come back anytime!

The service was incredible. They were very communicative and helpful. The property is gorgeous and the location is within walking/biking distance to excellent restaurants, clubs and shops

Cons:

We had a private pool on the rooftop and it was amazing but the common area pool was dead and underwhelming. At the time of our stay there was so much seaweed on the beach it made the beach front property inaccessible

A true slice of heaven! Sana Tulum is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful, memorable, and deeply special. From the very first touchpoint with the concierge before we arrived, and throughout our stay, the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.

The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architectural design. The food, the comfort, the music, and the intentional layout of the rooms, dining spaces, rooftop, and especially the beachside outdoor sitting and dancing area—all of it felt beautifully curated. The location was also incredible: on a beautiful, safe street with amazing restaurants and charming boutique shops just a short walk away.

What a gift. Thank you so much. We will absolutely be back!

The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay.
