Good place but...
Pros:

The room was clean, the shower worked properly, ac was good.

Cons:

The neighbors of the 3rd floor that is very noisy and loud, keeping his door open, his tv very loud, going in the corridor to make phone calls shouting at 11pm. This person seems to be a resident as we went two times to this hotel, same room, about 10 days apart and the guy was still here.

Overall, it is still a good experience for me. Will come back if having chance.
Pros:

Staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Room is fully furnished, having all and more facilities than needed. Location is good as well. Price suits its quality.

Cons:

The hygiene is just above average. If you are a very detailed and hygienic person, you will be able to notice dust on the floor, dirt on the sink and unclean glasses. If it was cleaned more carefully, the hotel would be more comfortable.
