Nettes Ambiente aber hat hier und da verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Ist eine nette Anlage mit ruhigem Charakter. Es ist sauber und das Personal ist nett.

Cons:

Man konnte nicht mit Karte zahlen weil deren Gerät defekt ist. Die Wege zum Zimmer sind sehr dumm gepflastert das man immer kleine Schritte machen muss und das Essen war nicht gut. Haben Durchfall vom Salat dort bekommen. Geht lieber in die Stadt was essen.

Nos encantó y repetimos en breves! La comida

Cons:

Que tuvimos problemas de estomago y como el pedido del desayuno se hizo por la noche nos lo cobraron igualmente y no nos lo trajeron todo.

Cons:

L'attente pour diner .......quasiment 2 heures malgré un personnel très gentil et serviable. Manque de personnel en cuisine pour un des plus gros week end de l'Année qui aurait pu etre anticipé. Dommage

Scam with bookings at Antsirabe
Pros:

Booked 5 rooms for 5 people at Bira hotel. Booking was confirmed. Then an hour before we arrived, we were told the hotel was full and that we were being moved to another hotel. We then ended up staying at Hôtel MENABE'L, which is normally a cheaper hotel. We still had to pay the price for Bira Hotel, which was 50% higher than the listed price on Hôtel MENABE'L. This seems like a scam, in which both hotels might be involved with. I would hence recomond caution to book hotel with either of these two hotels.

Highly recommended for a relaxing stay
Pros:

We had a great stay with friendly and professional staff and a lovely pool. The rooms are well-furnished with air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable, with a duvet that made for a cozy night’s sleep. We slept so well that we returned for a second night. Highly recommend this place!

Cons:

There were some power issues, but this is typical for Madagascar, and the hotel’s generator ensured we had light in the room.

Avoid booking this hotel at all cost
