Camera nuova (sembra appena ristrutturata) e dalla pulizia impeccabile, dotata di letti comodi, un bellissimo bagno e una doccia ampia, anch'essi nuovi. Rispettava le mie aspettative che si erano formate basandomi sulle foto ubblicate su booking, perfettamente veritiere. Ottima l'assistenza della proprietaria, sempre disponibile alle mie chiamate (anche serali). Sono rimasta per una sola notte. Tornerei senz'altro, anche per piu' giorni.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che forse potrei segnalare e' il parcheggio. E' vicinissimo (praticamente davanti) alla struttura, ma a causa della viabilita' cittadina risulta un po' macchinoso da raggiungere. In ogni caso la proprietaria della struttura e' stata cosi' gentile da guidarmi al telefono anche a tarda notte verso l'entrata del parcheggio. Alla fine e' stato piu' semplice di quanto pensassi.

המיקום היה ממש טוב, במרכז. המארחת שלנו הייתה מאוד נדיבה. נתנה לנו לקחת מגבות לים ולהחזיר אותם גם אחרי הצ'ק אין. כל תהליך הצ'ק אין עצמו היה מאוד נוח- הדלתות נפתחות מרחוק. היה מצויין ואני ממש ממליצה על המקום הזה. החדר נוח ונעים, והמקלחת נהדרת.

It’s an air bb not a hotel, but clean. Location is not convenient.

Clean. Strong ac, TV with streaming and wifi. The all you can eat sushi place located next door.

Cons:

Just to be clear, it’s not a hotel, it’s an air bb, even though when you do a search on VRBO, it shows up as a hotel. Maybe that’s Vrbo’s fault. You have to make arrangements to meet the owner to get keys, even though this is never mentioned when you book. Being that it’s an Airbnb, there is no room cleaning or breakfast. Misleading picture of view outside.(see pic of real view.) There’s a busy road right in front(see 2nd pic) so you cannot open the window at all due to the noise. This goes on all day day and evening. It’s a 35 minute walk to train station and 25 minutes to see the nice part of La Spezia. If you’re staying here to visit cinque terre,(which I highly recommend) I would pick a hotel closer to the train station.

Pros:

Besser als das 5* Hotel bei dem wir die Nächte davor waren.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war direkt zur Strasse, hoher Strassenlärm bis ca. 22Uhr, danach ist es viel besser.
