The Estate Entertainment District

This was a solid option for our 1-night stay in Toronto. The location is great, and it felt safe. They accommodated a super early check-in for us, which was extremely helpful!

Very quiet building. 10 - 15 minute walk to Rogers Center, CN Tower, etc.

Comfortable and well equipped

Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.

The location was excellent! We didn't need a car or an Uber because you could walk everywhere from the CN Tower to Harbour Point or the Eaton Center.

Also the host (Anish) was very helpful with providing storage options for our luggage and helping with the quick check-in and check-out process.

The apartment itself was nice, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I didn't get to use the kitchen amenities, but it's wonderful to have everything needed for a full stay.

I would definite recommend a deep clean because the windows and some areas could use some extra work but overall a 10/10 experience and would stay in.

Beautiful view right in the center of downtown. a short walk from many great restaurants and easy access to local metro. The room itself was very comfortable and well kept. cleaners were at the apartment as we arrived and were there as we were leaving. communication with host was easy and very quick.

Excellent stay! I’ll be using them in the future again.

This apartment nailed the location, right in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district! Everything was right outside the door. The apartment had all the basics I needed. The street noise wasn't an issue at all. Perfect for anyone wanting a fun, central spot.

We were very pleased with the unit we had. We felt safe, it was clean, had all amenities that we needed. There is a grocery store a few steps away from the main entrance. It is in the entertainment district so only a short walk to the theatres. Check in was easy and communications were good. We would recommend this facility and would return another time

All in all I would say it was a good stay. The apartment was a little bit more worn down than I was expecting based on the photos, but in general a nice place. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. The washer and dryer were not excellent, but I have already given the owner that feedback. The check in process was different to what I was expecting, although it is noted in the listing, I had forgot that I had to pay a cleaning fee on arrival and a deposit which I got back.

The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very good.

The Estate Entertainment District in Toronto was a really nice place to stay. We were cordially greeted by the host. A tour was provided of the parking garage as well as the condo unit. The description of the unit was accurate and was able to accommodate four people as stated. The building had security at the main entrance. The unit itself was very clean, had a kitchen, as well as a washer and a dryer. Check-in and check-out were simple. The host was very prompt with responses to my questions.

They property didn’t have my correct contact information so prior to checking in I had yet to have contact with them, soon as I arrived I called them to say I was at property they immediately sent someone to property and booked me in and still gave me property at a earlier time no extra fees even though the lack of notice on my part was a inconvenience on there part I’m sure, they continued to accommodate us and were pleased to help. Will most definitely book again.

We ended up arriving 1 day too early and the hosts were super accommodating and made arrangements for us for the extra day within minutes! Finding the tiny entrance to the building next to Starbucks was confusing as a newbie to the area, but that's where the struggles ended. The entrance is secure with a guard at a desk. For extra $$, there's parking in the building (a hidden garage behind the building that the owners will give a key fob to). The place was absolutely gorgeous! A corner 2-bedroom property with beautiful views. Very clean with fresh linen provided. They charged a security deposit which was returned promptly after we left. The place is walking distance to everything (from the usual CN tower/aquarium area to shops and restaurants on the other side). There is a marketplace right next door to stock up on groceries very conveniently. We didn't get to cook much, but the place was fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. We will definitely stay here when visiting next time!

Lovely property u have a nice view of the city on the right side and the harbour front as well had a great time it’s not very spacious but the house was gorgeous overall fantastic stay and would def come back

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Owner was very fast to respond and very helpful. Would recommend this condo to anyone!
