Домашний отель в удачной локации
Pros:

Локация в минуте от Каскада, тихий двор. Чисто, милый персонал, есть фен, утюг с гладильной доской приносят, очень домашний отель - мы приехали под утро - на ресепшен свет не горит, администратор спит. Рубли, доллары не принимают. В номере были приветственные фрукты, но не хватило хотя бы бутылочки воды.

Cons:

Двери в номерах тонкие как межкомнатные. Из-за того, что сам отель очень маленький и номер небольшой, любые звуки в коридоре очень слышны. Первую ночь под утро выезжали соседи, проснулась от грохота чемоданов и голосов. Оставшиеся спала в берушах.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the bed a bit small & cleanliness could be improved.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate to. The location is good, and the side street is quiet.

Cons:

The beds are a bit small for 2 people to sleep comfortably, and a bit short in length for someone taller than average. The surface cleaning was fine, however some detailed cleaning would be appreciated, for example the toothbrush cup holder. It was great to have parking available, however it is a narrow deadend street that at certain times of day has busy traffic, making using the car tricky.

Спасибо вам за отношение к гостям, гостеприимство и заботу!
Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре, но очень тихое место. Рядом много кафешек, каскад, парки. Очень приветливый персонал, добрые и отзывчивые люди! Номера уютные, матрасы комфортные, постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные)))

Cons:

Были в период 2-7 января, в номере было прохладно, при горячих батареях, но спасал кондиционер на обогрев ( включали по возвращению вечером). Один раз было отключение электричества ( авария в городе) часов на 5. Нам организовали на ресепшен свечи, фонарики))) мы дегустировали коньяк, встречали Рождество! Это больше нюансы ( они есть везде свои)!

Good location for good price
Pros:

Very nice accommodation in the city center, close to most of the attractions, but on a quiet street. The price is good and the staff is helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also music clubs if you are in party mode.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I disliked except that the walls are thin and you could hear the other guests, but it wasn't really as uncomfortable for me as it was for my friends.

Prime Location
Pros:

- The location was definitely my personal highlight here.I love the Cascade and staying so close to it, you can ascend the stairs everyday if you want to. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
- The wifi was good and stable, perfectly suitable for the remote work.
- 24 hour reception and you can pay by card.
- It's in a back street, so there was no traffic noise.

Cons:

- In December it was very cold in the room. The air conditioner works, but I don't like using it for heating that much. You can, however, ask for an extra blanket at the reception, so that's a plus.
- The sound proofing was not that good. I could hear my neighbour snoring at night.

Pros:

酒店位置太方便了，穿过餐厅就到了大阶梯。两遍布满了格式餐厅，基本上都不踩雷，很好吃。

Fabulous location and delightful staff
Pros:

Incredible staff! They always quickly responded to emails I sent ahead of time and were able to make a reservation for me at a restaurant. The location is also fabulous - really close to Cascade and loads of cute cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

The floor drain in the bathroom didn't smell good, so we mostly kept the bathroom door closed. But I'd still stay here again as it was otherwise lovely.

Pros:

Останавливалась дважды в этом отеле и осталась в полном восторге! Очень чистый, современный и светлый. Персонал очень приветливый. Расположение просто отличное. Все главные достопримечательности, рестораны и кафе находятся в шаговой доступности. Однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь снова! ☺️☺️
