Pros:

Новый уютный отель. Все чисто. Большая ванная комната. Халаты, тапочки. Есть кофе машина. Чайник. Порекомендовали хороший армянский ресторан через дорогу.

Cons:

Мы просили тихий номер и 2 отдельные кровати. Дали номер с окнами на проезжую часть и односпальную кровать.

Bon séjour mais pas sûr de revenir
Pros:

Situation très centrale. Propreté.

Cons:

- Annulation du transfert depuis l’aéroport organisé par l’hôtel sans être prévenu à temps.
- le personnel peut entrer dans la chambre sans frapper.

Хорошее расположение, центр города, соседняя дверь - вкусное кафе, уютный номер с кофемашиной, удобная кровать и подушки.

Cons:

При бронировании выбирали номер с окнами во двор, а поселили в номер окнами на шумный перекресток. Шумоизоляция неплохая, окна открыть нельзя, но с кондиционером спали нормально; в душевой подтекала душевая лейка и сломался дозатор для мыла.

The room it was just fantastic, stunning, with lovely little terrace!!!!
Location wise... great... 5min walk from city center.

Cons:

Not that didn`t like it, but it does not have lift, in case you need help to get the luggage up to reception or your room.

Pros:

I just returned from a perfect stay with Ser In Hotel in Yerevan.
Lovely stay, polite and helpful staff. Alexander provided superb service and made me feel welcome! My room was just great; the bed was very comfortable and provided a luxurious feeling. The Ser In Hotel is in a great location, easily walkable to sights, restaurants, bakeries and bars.
Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!!!
