Pros:

The Manager at breakfast was exceptional he was in suit, and took full control at breakfast time during very busy times, i think his name was Zahid.

Also the lady at reception was lovely very professional, attending to all our requests. I think.her name was Meher.

They do go out of their was to make you feel comfirtable. A lovely facility, clean room all to a really good standard.

We were a group of 4 gentlemen and they gave us 2 twin bed rooms.

Cons:

Nothing, we went back twice! We really liked it.

Worth the money
Pros:

The breakfast buffet is awesome, the staff is quite helpful and kind. Room service was okay as well.

Cons:

The in house food like lunch needs to be a bit better.

Pros:

the staff were so friendly, polite and ready to help, excellent location.
breakfast was great.

Cons:

we had a room right above reception, it was so noisy, to the point that eventually I had to go down at 12:30am to ask the 2 night reception guys to please keep their voices down, other than that , nice hotel.

Bullshit as i booked and still my booking is confirmed at Booking.com. we all the way travelled and also put in the check in time which was approved by Avari Xpress. When we reached, they said that they have cancelled the booking and alloted the rooms to other guests. What the bullshit. This is how you treat your customers. We have keft with no option at 9 pm of the night. You should have inform or simply you should have charge from card in case of no show. Your hotel repute was already not good and this bullshit endorsed the point of view.
