Great stay. Never disappoints

Pros:

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Super noisy as no insulation between rooms. Complained about this and was given a bottle of wine and apology. Not worth the price of almost $600 for 2 nights. Location was bad and place was totally empty - except for people in room beside us.

Good stay
Pros:

Spa - everyone is amazing in there. The attendant that came directly to my room when I was having an issue order room service over the phone system located in the room - the food was excellent! The housekeeping attendant that knocked on my door and kindly asked if I would require more towels etc. She also explained to me how to get the lights to work in the room - with the keycard.

Cons:

Check in. I felt the check in person was rather rude. She didn't ask if I had stayed before, or if I was checking in. Just I need ID - didn't explain why. She also didn't tell me to use the keycard to access power in the room, or that I would need to use the keycard to use the elevator to get back to my room. I find these kind of details to be important - especially as I have never stayed there before. I booked an room with a mountain view, as I live on the ocean and see it all the time - all I saw was the golf course, and maybe just the tip of the mountain?
The shower head started to leak after 20 minutes of turning it off. The phone in the room didn't work to order room service.
