Super Lage, angenehmes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Blick über die Altstadt bis zum Uludag. Bequemes Bett und grosszügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche. Tolle Lage direkt an der Altstadt und Markt.

Cons:

Es fehlt eine Sitzgelegenheit oder Sessel im Zimmer. Frühstücksraum riecht nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch!

Amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing location, big, comfortable, clean room, bathroom excellent, bed sooo comfy, rooftop restaurant working 24/7 with amazing staff, everything was great.

Cons:

I would love to have hairdresser and a hamam in hotel.

The Hotel was in a strategic location, in the heart of Bursa. Great view, helpful & charming staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and abundant. A variety of Turkish as well as Continental foods.

Cons:

We were happy with the hotel, nothing negative worth mentioning.

Great stay at the property.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic and responded quickly into relocating us into another room due to the shower floor being extremely slippery (there was soo much glue on the floor in the shower room which not only caused my mother to hurt herself but the housekeeping in the hotel was taken to the hospital aswell) so it’s nice to see the staff taking care of this quickly. However it’s also the staff responsibility to know what works is happening in the room. Luckily my mother wasn’t that injured when she fail on the floor but that accident could have been prevented. The room was very spacious compared to other rooms in Bursa

Hotel muito bonito
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso e super bem localizado. Quarto amplo e bem limpo. Café da manhã variado no restaurante que fica no roof top do hotel. Funcionários atenciosos e educados .

Cons:

Jantamos duas vezes no restaurante do hotel e observamos que no cardápio não havia nenhum tipo de bebida alcoólica.

Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και πολύ βοηθητικό. Σε ό,τι χρειαζόμουν ήταν εκεί να με εξυπηρετήσει. Είχα ξεχάσει την τσάντα μου στο καράβι από Καμπάτας στα Μουδάνια και με βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ στην επικοινωνία με την ναυτιλιακή εταιρεία και στο να πάρω την τσάντα μου. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική. Το μετρό είναι ακριβώς δίπλα και η κεντρική αγορά είναι πολύ κοντά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πολύ ευρύχωρο. Κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν, απλά πατάς το κουμπί στο δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια προς την πλατεία με θέα την πόλη, έχουν λίγη φασαρία λόγω της πολυσυχναστης λεωφόρου. Τα παράθυρα δεν έχουν την απόλυτη ηχομόνωση. Βέβαια, ο θόρυβος από τον δρόμο ελαττώνεται αρκετά αργά το απόγευμα και δεν ενοχλεί ο θόρυβος στον ύπνο.

Pros:

L'emplacement très bien situé le personnel à la réception était très accueillant le housekeeping la chambre était propre dommage que l'aspirateur est pas fait tout les jours. Sinon dans l'ensemble rien à dire. C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons ici dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le restaurant le personnel de cuisine n'était pas motivé pour nous faire des œufs au plat nous lui avons demandé et il a insisté pour nous faire des omelettes et pas polie il nous a narguer.
Mais nous avons quand même eut nos œufs au plat.
