Hotel sencillo, limpio, muy agradable atención
Pros:

Las habitaciones son simples pero recien remodeladas. Muy limpias y buenas camas. El personal es muy amable.
Fue un agrado estar en el hotel, por la limpieza, y comodidad de las instalaciones, así como por el personal que es realmente muy amable y ayuda en todo lo que puede. Subieron nuestras maletas del 2° al tercer piso, y al irnos nos ayudaron a dejarlas en el taxi. Geniales!!!

Cons:

Al llegar hay una escalera de muchos peldaños que tuvimos que subir con maletas pesadas. Esto fue lo peor porque llegamos muy cansadas luego de varias horas de vuelo y a las 12 de la noche. Las habitaciones no tienen closet o armario para guardar ropa. Esto es incómodo porque uno necesita sacar aunque sea un poco de ropa de la maleta. Tampoco hay caja de seguridad.

Lovely cute aesthetic hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out! I would stay here again if I come back to San Juan. The owner was super sweet and helpful. It’s in a great area, easy walking distance to Burger King, Wendy’s, Walmart and other local restaurants/shops. There is also a food truck park a few minutes away too.

Très bien situé, mais pour un tres court sejour.
Pros:

Le style de l'hotel est vraiment chouette. Le salon commun est agréable avec les canapés et la table. Des jeux sont à disposition. Borne d'arcade, jeux de société, télé.. c'est très agréable.

Cons:

Pour rentrer dans l'hotel il y a une grande montée en escalier, aucun ascenseur n'est prévu, et aucune aide. Donc nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour porter notre valise.
Le jet de la douche est vraiment très faible, c'est assez difficile de se laver les cheveux pour une femme.

Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom. Balcony overlooking the main street. Free water and coffee machine. Places to eat and shop nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Selfie room. We only spent 1 night at the property before boarding the cruise ship.

Cons:

There are stairs to climb to reach the first floor, this can be challenging for older people, but we knew that from description so it was not a big issue for us.

L’emplacement et la disponibilité du personnel. L’eau et le café à disposition

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisées. Les voyageurs qui arrivent en pleine nuit sans discrétion et la boîte de nuit à proximité. La climatisation juste en face du lit.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, in a great location and reasonably priced.

Cons:

It is posted in the description that there is no elevator and you have to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the lobby on the 2nd fl.

Very helpful staff but small room and no elevator
Pros:

Clark was an excellent representative of this property. The area was a little run down but seemed safe. Rooms were clean and common areas well taken care of. Great tips on where to eat.

Cons:

No elevator. Could hear the snoring in the adjoining room. The bass thumping in the nightclub next door was annoying.

The host Clark was exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They have coffee available ANYTIME and it is included--very important for me.
