The facility itself is nice, with spacious and bright rooms, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception experience was smooth and professional.

Unfortunately, the restaurant food was disappointing. The meat tasted old and was overcooked and burnt. The dining area was also very loud and noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

Another downside was that the bowling area was fully booked and overcrowded, largely with outside visitors who were not staying at the hotel. This made it difficult for hotel guests to access the amenities.

Very nice few days!
Pros:

I liked that the room seemed very clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was delicious and good variety. Because we came in winter and had a couple cold days, it was nice for the heater to really keep us warm! Thank you again!

Cons:

Just the beds seemed a bit soft and a bit uncomfortable but I was still able to sleep.

Amazing and comfortable hotel!
Pros:

Room was extremely comfortable with an amazing shower. Breakfast was top notch and included in our price.

Cons:

There was a domestic fight on our floor in the middle of the night with them screaming at each other in the hallway. Not the hotel's fault but it definitely hindered my sleep.

Pros:

The lounge on 6th floor was a great place to go out for a drink in the early evening however it was very loud on the floor very late. We were in room 624 right near the lounge and it was extremely loud past midnight and we were unable to sleep.
