Important information:

Complimentary cleaning service is available for stays of 3 nights or more.

The facilities on the 38th floor are paid amenities available exclusively to guests. The swimming pool operates in three daily sessions: 10:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00, and 19:00–21:00. The sauna and fitness center also follow a three-session schedule, open from 09:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00, and 19:00–21:00. The lounge café is open from 09:00 to 17:00, with a break time from 12:00 to 13:00, and the lounge bar is available from 18:00 to 21:00. Please note that on Sundays, only the lounge café is open.

Admission fees are as follows (hotel guests receive a 10% discount): the all-in-one pass, which includes access to the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center, is KRW 44,000 per adult. The swimming pool and sauna package is KRW 27,000 per adult and KRW 19,000 per child. The fitness center and sauna package is KRW 22,000 per adult and is not available for children. Sauna-only access is KRW 11,000 per adult and KRW 8,000 per child.

Please note that children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the fitness center, and must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

新穎且乾淨；步行可達海雲臺鬧區及夜市；可寄放行李(但非24小時)；房間電燈、空調是中控系統，含廚房的房型，但皆無英文指引，無法善很用很不便利；建議要住套房以上規格的房型，房間以外的設施皆要另外付費。

Cons:

不用考慮一般客房，同行友人表示房間空間小且熱水不穩定；員工素質有待加強，本次預訂3間，共有9人，非住房時間到達故先寄放行李，並提供訂房者相關資訊及護照，到了入住時間，友人先行到達欲領取行李及房號，員工卻態度強硬要求訂房者必須在現場，趕到飯店後還要再次提供護照，另也不願意多做說明，此舉不合理且也不友善；飯店大樓包含其他店家或住戶，故退房時間電梯不敷使用，非常壅塞。

Apartment is huge and clean.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment is huge, location is great, about 7mins walk to the busy Haeundae shopping street. The kitchen has a water dispenser, which is really useful. There is a big bakery opposite the hotel, a few mins walk away and opens at 8am, highly recommended.

Cons:

The dustbins are all in the utility room, which is not practical. I suggest placing a bin in the kitchen. Since this is near the beach, I suggest they have simple drying racks on the balcony so that guests will not have to hang wet clothes using their creativity. As the apartment is not cheap, perhaps they can add other things like umbrella, beach bag/mat for guests to use. I was a bit disappointed that we paid a premium for ocean facing views but we can only see it from the balcony.
