Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn wir in Sarajevo sind.
Pros:

Der Service war toll. Das ganze Hotel war sauber, gemütlich und schön gestaltet. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker und es war für jeden was dabei. Der Frühstücksraum ist atemberaubend. Die Lage ist perfekt. 3 Minuten zum Zentrum runter.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit im Preis miteinbegriffen ist. Trotzdem würden wir es genauso wieder buchen und nochmal kommen.

Die Lage nahe der Altstadt war ok. Zu Fuß ein sehr steiler Anstieg. Hotel optisch ansprechend und stilvoll dekoriert. Personal grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Für weit über € 200,- pro Nacht war das Zimmer viel zu klein. Kein richtiger Kleiderkasten aus Platzgründen. Parkplatz war zusätzlich extra zu bezahlen. Kein klarer Hinweis darauf dass das Hotel vorwiegend für Menschen muslimischen Glaubens ausgerichtet ist. Daher keine alkoholischen Getränke vorhanden und Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt.

Sauberkeit und die Lage!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein. Wir konnten unseren Koffer nicht mal aufmachen, da kein Platz war. Für dieses Geld ist es echt nicht wert. Hotel hat eigene Tiefgarage und man muss trotzdem €15 pro tag bezahlen. Das Personal ist auf keinerlei Beschwerden eingegangen. Es wurde in keiner Hinsicht Hilfe angeboten.

Cons:

Very tiny rooms. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a couple of nights, not comfortable. The breakfast was basic. The location isn’t the best. Difficult walk uphill from old town

Pros:

Temizliği çok güzeldi, oda sıcaklığı, sıcak su, şampuanlar iyiydi. Kahvaltısı da fena sayılmazdı ama insan Bosna Hersek’te yaptığı herhangi bir kahvaltıda börek olsun istiyor. Burada yoktu ne yazık ki. Konum olarak az yokuş çıkmanız gerekiyor ama meşhur pizzacının tam karşısında olması ve Aliya İzzet Begoviç’in kabrine yakın olması güzeldi.

Cons:

Oda çok küçüktü, namaz kılabilecek bir alan yoktu neredeyse. Çok kez yurtdışı seyahati gerçekleştirdim ama özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarının bu kadar az güler yüzlü olduğu başka bir ülke görmedim. Kahvaltıda Türk çayı ve makina ile yapılan kahveler ücretsiz ama Türk Kahvesi için 3 € istediler, bu çok saçma. Bir de günlük 15 € otopark parası çok çok çok fazla (biraz vicdan lütfen) 😊
