Palette Luxury Credi Hotel

I had 2 rooms at the first 2 nights then a 2 bedroom apartment in my 3 days in Riyadh. The rooms were large but they have cockroaches all over the place. I changed the rooms but still had this problem!

Älteres Hotel. Inventar alt und teilweise kaputt. Dusche funktionierte in 2 von 3 erhaltenen Zimmern nicht. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sofort die Zimmer gewechselt. Kein Frühstücksbuffet. Nur auf Bestellung. Leider nur Omlette und Tee. Anbindung über Uber kein Problem.

the staff at the checking counter is excellent, but I can not believe that expedia has listed a hotel just opposite to it's name ( lexury) , it neither looks like a hotel, nor it is lecxury
the shower top in my room was broken into rusted peices, water leaks and thank God, I slipped, but did not hurt myself
I spoke to the service man about the issue, he promised to talk to management about it, nothing happened, on my third and last day of my stay, I spoke to the manager, who ordered to replace the top, I spent hours waiting , the story is very long. I have no time

I was truly disappointed by this day as the hotel didn’t have a gym available for men at all just a private women’s training room and the restaurant wasn’t open because the chef quit and the water in the shower was cold. I asked to get this fixed and they said they would fix it five times and it never got fixed, this is definitely not a luxury hotel please do not take the title of the establishment seriously

I staid in this hotel multiple times and I paid over 2,”000 USD.
In my last stay
I had three different issues and I asked to speak to the manager since the front desk couldn’t help
on three different occasions and they took my number and they never called back,
I called back many times and the manage just never called back.
Finally I called again (probably time number 15) and the manger (Amjad) was there and I spoke to him about the issue and he promised he will get back to me shortly and of course he didn’t. I called again and according to the front desk his stuff was there and he didn’t have the decency to call me back.
To make it clear he never ever called me back not him nor any one from management.
To make the story short: everything is ok until you need any one from management for any reason, they will NEVER EVER get back to you no matter what.

Nice staff, good size room & clean.

Clean & quiet. The furniture is a bit dated and not maintained.
