Good stay
Pros:

house cleanliness, smooth check in & out, nice breakfast, great pools kids very enjoy, attraction location nearby, nice view (during our stay mostly have thick fog)

Cons:

abit hard to found parking, lobby and breakfast restaurant even have the map, no kitchenware as per advertised, both our toilet sinks have problem

Overall it's good stay for 2 nights for 3 person with many nearby eating options and access.
Pros:

the room is clean and spacious for 3 of us. My son sleep in single bed room and main bedroom is spacious for our luggages. Like the compact family area living hall and dining area with nice tv. Balcony door was not able to locked but after a call to reception, maintanance guy come over and fixed it for us. That's good service.

Cons:

The kitchen amenities is not well stock though it has nice cooker. Only given a single pan, no pots or other cooking items. Also lack of bowls and other plates. So if you want to cook, better bring own stuff as there are no salt, cooking oil and others provided. I think its good for those prefer to to eat out but for those want to cook or do steamboat, better prepare own things.

Substandard breakfast totally. Please upgrade to at least standard breakfast range, basic as nadi lemak was not even available.

Lovely getaway for families.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Clouds hugging our balcony. Lovely view. Excellent facilities like sauna and pool and great food delivered to the room. Excellent breakfast. Rooms equipped with washing machine.

Cons:

Hard to get lifts due to 40 floors. We waited 10-15 mins always to get a lift. Room missing bed lamps. Housekeeping was not regular.
