Very lovely place to stay
Pros:

It was a super cute property. The rooms were nice and the pool was great. The food was yummy and the massages were awesome. Staff were really nice and always had a smile on their faces. Had a great time there.

Excellent place for vacation
Pros:

The facilities were great - there was a restaurant, spa, and coworking on site so it was super convenient! The staff were extremely friendly which made our vacation feel extra special. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything you needed! Overall would recommend this hotel highly :)

Muy buenas instalaciones y personal super atento en el centro de Kuta
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y las zonas comunes eran bonitas. El personal del hotel fue muy atento con nosotros en todo momento, facilitando gestiones como el alquiler de la moto, servicio de room service, o trayecto de vuelta al aeropuerto.

Heel fijn
Pros:

Fijne locatie, ruime kamer met heerlijk bed. Mooi zwembad en ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

Personal ist bemüht, Entspannen war jedoch nicht möglich
Pros:

Schön angelegtes Areal und optisch schöne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat die ganze Zeit über sehr nach Abfluss gestunken. Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick optisch schön, aber weisen erhebliche Baumängel auf (Terrassentür schließt nicht richtig, sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Abfluss stinkt,…). Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es Bauarbeiten, von denen wir nichts wussten. Beim Check-in wurde gesagt, dass diese nicht stören und nur von 9 Uhr morgens bis 16 Uhr abends gehen würden. In der Realität sah das anders aus: Wir wurden morgens um 7:30 Uhr von einer Kreissäge/Flex geweckt und der Lärm hielt teilweise bis abends um 22 Uhr konstant an (das Hotel hat das zwar abgestritten, aber wir haben Belege). Somit war ein Entspannen am Pool kaum möglich und überall waren Bauarbeiter, sodass man am Pool sehr auf dem Präsentierteller lag. Das Hotel hatte uns zudem einen Fahrer organisiert, der sehr jung war und katastrophal Auto fuhr, wir haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt. Bei der Abreise hat uns dann ein Mitarbeiter im hoteleigenen Auto gefahren, das war dann eine angenehmere Fahrt. Das Hotel hätte Potenzial, für uns war es jedoch leider kein entspannter Aufenthalt.

Wonderful stay at this property
Pros:

Wonderful stay at the property :) the staff were very friendly and service was excellent throughout, they just renovated their rooms so everything is brand new, the restaurant has great breakfast lunch and dinner so it’s easy when you want to relax and stay in, pool is great and they’re about to open the spa so will be even better in the future :) would highly recommend staying here!
