Disappointed that the hotel could not live up to its reputation and expectations.
Pros:

Comfortable feeling of the rooms

Cons:

I was given room 221, which gives on the avenue in front of the hotel. The tram woke me up somewhere between 5:30-6:00 and I was unable to sleep after that. Sleep is important to me on a business trip. Unfortunate as I enjoyed the hotel otherwise. Not a business hotel in this context though.

Elegant Night at Brussels
Pros:

Stylish decor with a modern and elegant touch. The concierge was extremely helpful and professional.
We loved the madline cake in the room :)
Thank you for the late check out. That was very helpful!

Cons:

The check-in took so long and we were so exhausted after a long flight.
