Our Stay in Nuneaton
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel situated in Nuneaton town centre. Really large comfortable bed and very nice shower cubicle. Breakfast very good also.

Cons:

Not enough teabags and milk pods for length of stay and no biscuits! No free parking but could park in carpark next to hotel.

It was good but there was a problem with a fuse in a room. They fixed it

I like the staff they’re great. The property itself seemed standard. Should make the elevator and going to rooms more obvious

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizza in the evening was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Cons:

TV and remote in room caused problems and it took lots of phone calls and visits by staff to get it sorted.

Loved it!
Pros:

Great bar, classy rooms and really nice showers.

Cons:

There was no back entrance which meant you had to drag all your luggage from the carpark to the front entrance

i loved the spacious room, i really love the music in the lift room and i loooved the waffle maker in the morning

Pros:

My stay was excellent. The staff were caring and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of choice. I also appreciated that the bar stayed open late for my friends who had travelled a long way. Overall, a very welcoming and enjoyable experience.

The overnight stay was fine but the parking situation left a bad taste!
Pros:

Location in respect of where I needed to be, 24/7 access, being upgraded

Cons:

It’s insane having to pay extra an extra £7 for car parking right outside the hotel where last year it was free. This could probably influence my choice of hotel next year. The hotel should give a voucher or discount on the room to compensate for this otherwise other potential customers may think twice about staying there.
