Dirty bed sheets dirty toilets and dirty foot mat at toilets

Water also not coming in toilets and un hygiene toilets

Totally disjointed with way of they mainatianing

Worst behaviour I ever seen, Guys don't book this hotel When i reserved this hotel after reached they said booking was cancelled how it possible before I check- in ,how they can cancelled my booking they demanded 2500 rupees per day.Even I didn't get any kind of Information that booking was cancelled and my family was waiting outside is it correct.I tried to compliant fabhotles no one responded very bad experience. 0 rating Mc

Very very bad experience with booking.com

Cons:

Does booking.com verify the hotel and it's contact details? I was stranded middle of night in Hyderabad search the hotel. There was no hotel at given google map . Given mobile number going through customer care which never responded. I had booked the hotel based on my experience with booking.com. But I am regretting booking accommodation via booking.com

Pros:

My booking was not reflected in their systems and staff was understanding and asked me to talk to customer service .after some time they asked me to do checkin when there is no response from Customer care.once you are booked make sure that your booking is reflecting in their systems before going to the property location

Cons:

Room was not very clean but average. They didn't provided the towels and soaps for getting fresh up

Good location, staff.
Nearby to few restaurants, stores and quick access to cabs.
No hassle for extra money etc.

Cons:

Fixtures like heater, AC, fan are a hit/miss.
Worked ok in 2 rooms and not in another.
Sheets, bed etc not clean.
