Pros:

룸서비스로 주문한 식사가 매우 훌륭했습니다.
객실상태도 아주 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 연장해 주셔서 퇴실 시 여유가 있었습니다.

Cons:

투숙을 하고 있는데 왜 체크인을 안 했냐는 전화를 받아서 좀 황당했습니다.

Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מטורפת!!! מגוון ענק של אוכל טעים.
המלון היה הפתעת הטיול.
לקחנו אוטובוס מסיאול ומסוף האוטובוסים במרחק של פחות מ5 דק הליכה מהמלון.
החדר היה אמוד מרווח ומעוצב.

Amazing hotel and incredible breakfast. highly recommended!
We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip.

Not going to stay again it does not demonstrate any sign it is part of banyan group
Pros:

The location is good , and the hotel is new very clean.

Cons:

1) the control panel of light in room is strange , do not disturb and clean the room sigh only beside the bed not also at the door . So when someone forgot to press the light need to go back all the way to the room to do it .
2) the panel is not working well sometimes it works sometimes pressing master button lights not all off . Same for air conditioning.
3) almost all staff cannot speak English which is very annoying . In breakfast egg station the staff even playing with her mobile phone .
4) hotel breakfast the noodle has too much pepper but worst is it has a tiny bit of beef, if the hotel is so precious of the brief then do not offer beef noodle at all.
5) in room dining menu js very limited
6) we are a family of 3 we stayed in a premium suite the room is big but the bathroom is so small .

이번 속초 여행에서 가장 만족스러웠던 부분이 바로 이 호텔 숙박이었어요.
전체적으로 신축 느낌이 나서 로비 들어서는 순간부터 굉장히 깨끗하고 세련됐다는 인상이 강했습니다. 체크인 과정도 딱딱하지 않고 친절해서 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었고, 객실에 들어가니 전망도 탁 트여 있어서 여행 온 느낌이 제대로 나더라고요. 침구 상태도 좋고 방음도 잘 돼서 밤에 푹 잘 수 있었어요.

그리고 무엇보다 기억에 남는 건 바로 저녁 식사입니다.
호텔과 연결되어 있는 비스트로에서 저녁을 예약해 먹었는데, 분위기부터 음식 맛까지 기대 이상이었어요. 여행지에서 흔히 있는 그냥저냥한 호텔 식당 느낌이 아니라, 음식 하나하나에 신경쓴 느낌이 있었고 맛도 정말 좋았습니다. 특히 메뉴 구성이 깔끔하고 플레이팅도 예뻐서 여행 첫날 기분을 제대로 살려줬어요. 직원분들도 편안하게 응대해줘서 식사 내내 분위기가 좋았습니다.

숙소 위치도 관광지 이동하기에 편해서 크게 불편함이 없었고, 시설 곳곳이 관리가 잘 되어 있다

Pros:

Spacious room in a modern hotel in Sokcho. The location is good, around 5 minutes' walk to the express bus terminal and with good bus connections to Jungang Market and Seoraksan National Park. There are also food options and amenities nearby. The breakfast was great, the rooftop pool was lovely, and the staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful.

Good Value , modern and very comfortable.

Really spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast expensive but not good value. Staff in dining room were gracious but this was not Cordon Bleu as promised 😂… Parking via a lift….great when you got the hang of it…

호텔도 전체적으로 깔끔하고 조용하며 속초해수욕장이랑도 걸어서 5분정도 걸리는 완벽한 위치입니다. 주차 공간도 넉넉해서 아주 좋았습니다!

직원분들 응대가 굉장히 친절해요

프론트직원의 응대가 맘에들었습니다 친절하게 응대해주시는게 기분이 좋아질정도였어요, 입실전 요청사항도 잘 들어주셨습니다 , 조식도 가격대비 훌륭합니다

Großes Zimmer, Sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Modernes Zimmer mit schönem Blick zum See. Frühstück war sehr gut. Pool kostet extra, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Auf dem Dach gibt es neben dem Pool auch eine Bar.

Excellent hôtel sur Soicho
Pros:

Très belle prestation, grande chambre propre avec tout le confort pour un hôtel 4*. Proche du centre et à 5mn à pied de la station de bus et de la grande plage de Sokcho. Petit déjeuner d’enfer.
Vraiment on recommande +++
