There is NO ELEVATOR / LIFT, and located on the 4th floor. Electricity went out (we had a power outage) as soon as the AC and shower were working together. The whole electrical installation is old . Fortunately the owner solved it in 30 minutes.
Also the bathroom and main room miss some hangers for the clothes. It Is a bit noisy from the outside, because in the center

>The room was really nice and clean but upon closer look, its disappointing that it was not properly maintained. We stayed during summer so you could imagine the heat. Of course after touring during the day in sweltering heat you'll love to go back to a cold room. But AC is not working properly it was really stressful. We tried to tell the host but no action was given.

>If you have a heavy luggage, you'll find it a challenge as there is no lift, only stairs to 4th floor.

>We got the impression that host/staff are not accomodating and not responsive. We have to get in touch with them a couple of times for the check in procedure and all. Compared to other Villa/room/apartment we've stayed at, the host are usually very approachable, has intiative to get in touch with clients, very hospitable and informative of the Do's and Dont's. We did not receive the same vibes here.


I hope they could address some above concerns as it was really disappointing. The place was really a gem for its location and has a big potential to thrive.

Il manque juste un miroir dans chaque chambre. Les femmes monopolisent la salle de bain à cause du miroir.

Probabilmente l'aria condizionata era scarica di gas, rinfrescava ma non raffreddava. 4 piano senza l'ascensore (ma si sapeva)

A few things to note: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, which could be a challenge for some. The check-in was stated as 2 PM, but we were only able to enter around 3 PM. We also missed having a microwave, and a full-length mirror in the hallway or bedroom would have been a nice addition.

Still, overall a great experience.

The property is advertised as having a 24 hour front desk and check in being 2pm. We had an overnight stop over on our way to Yerevan, and had slept in the airport. So, we wanted to drop our bags at the front desk after arriving early and to check in at 2pm, so we could have a quick nap before a walking tour at 4.30pm. We arrived and there is no signage or front desk. Called the number and it took them over an hour to respond. They also advised that check in was not until 3pm. Completely misleading advertising. They were aware we were waiting nearby from 2pm. Told at 3pm that the apartment was ready and they only accepted payment in cash. So, we had to go find an ATM. Would have been nice if they had told us earlier, as they knew we were waiting about in case the room was ready. In the end we had no time for a nap before our tour. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew there wasn’t a front desk or we couldn’t check in at 2pm.

Other downside is the second bedroom is off the lounge with no doors and is very light from sunrise due to the balcony door having no curtains.

The building doesn’t have an elevator and you have to climb four floors every time, otherwise it was great

The mini fridge was a tad loud, but no big deal. Be aware the accept only cash payments.

It had a lots of stairs.
