Pros:

The elevator was not good at all. but otherwise, it was nice. A bit expensive for food at the hotel.

Pros:

Cleaning lady did not change sheets makeup on sheet. Elevators were awful! Always full,slow and we had to wait 30 minutes each time so we started taking the stairs to the 10th floor. We will never stay here again. Our legs are killing is! Paid $50 fee to use their amenities and didn’t use any just the broken elevator to get to the beach. Very hot wait for elevator and very hot walking the stairs 😫 I need a vacation to get over this because of Tidewater Resort!

Pros:

While the property was good for the most part. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. Fitness center. Game room. The elevators were awful. 20 to 30 minutes to get off the floor. Had to call security to get us off the 9th floor for check out after 40 minutes of not being able to catch an elevator. Elevators and electricity went out one night. Had to walk up the 9 flights. Good times let me tell you.
