It never happed, but I paid twice
Pros:

Never got in the door & booked not one but 2 suites. Charged for both & had a client come in late. They slept in their car. It was humiliating!!

The room was a nice size.

Cons:

We booked the room for the ablity to step out of the door and smoke. This wasn't the case your outside but inside if that makes sense. You have to go out into the parking lot to smoke.

Pros:

It felt like home, we had everything in the suite to feel at home.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

Very nice, quite,plenty of room. Will stay again and I’m very picky.
Pros:

The newness of everything and No Carpet!!

Cons:

Carpet in bedroom and cold walk the entire way to the door of my room. The front door to your room is outside on the inside of the building if that makes sense. But worth it in my opinion.
