Es un hotel muy bonito y los empleados son excelentes. Hubo algunos detalles con la habitación pero ellos hicieron más de lo posible para compensar y garantizar una grata experiencia. Yo sólo aprovecharía mejor el espacio del baño y mejoraría el bloqueo del ruido exterior dentro de la habitación.

Pros:

The staff was kind and very helpful. We definitely plan on staying there again soon! Has rooftop access to pool area and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday we were there. Reception helped us with anything we needed help with without fuss, even when coming late from an event and they had to let us in the gate. Thank you for taking good care of us on our stay.

Llame una noche antes para preguntar sobre el estacionamiento y la alberca
Y el día que llegue resulta que el estacionamiento solo es de 9am a 2am si quieres entrar o salir del estacionamiento en otro horario no es posible.
Después de recibir las habitaciones subimos a ver la alberca y estaba en mantenimiento
El servicio que ponen para el cafe las tazitas y los platitos llenos de polvo.
Lo que si es buenísimo es la atención del personal y ya

La habitaciones son nuevas, y cómodas, inconvenientes es que no tiene estacionamiento propio, no tiene ningún servicio de tv por cable, el volumen del sonido ambiental es muy alto, la alberca está un poco descuidada, servicio excelente

El hotel lo recomiendo, no entrar al restaurante
Pros:

Es un hotel que tiene una remodelación reciente, las habitaciones tienen manchas de obra que no han limpiado, las camadas son comodas, buena ubicación, una vista preciosa a la pirámide, ademas cuenta con piscina, elevador y atención de mostrador muy buena, punto a mejorar: el restaurante te cobra tenedor y no es barato. Mi desayuno costo 9 usd o 180 mxn y el mesero pidio de tenedor 8.5 usd o 170 mxn; además el mesero quería propina de 10 usd o 200 mxn
Creo que siendo el hotel mas caro de Cholula, sería bueno considerar que imagen quiere proyectar, sí un hotel boutique con clase o uno de muertos de hambre.
