Exceeded expectations & will stay at this hotel when we visit Sanya
Pros:

Everything was good. Breakfast spread with good selection/variety so was not tired having breakfast in hotel for 5 days. Buffet dinner however was not fantastic, though included BBQ, that we were excited but selection was just too small & only beef was fine but not impressed with other BBQ items.

Cons:

A little disappointed our Seaview Room was facing construction of next building, losing privacy as we had to keep the curtains closed as men was at work

Staff in general, and high praise to guys at pool area, high professionalism and super friendly attitude.

Cons:

There is construction site in one side of hotel. Our first room was on that side and didnt get any warning about it. Construction and drilling starts early morning around 8am and finish at around 6pm. And I mean its literally using drills ect. Thanks to reception guy who swapped our room.

Cleaning was super basic. In 4 nights in one room beds was folded once.

Seafood buffet at evening is more like shrimp buffet. At breakfast kids food is cold, even if brought out new French fries tray.

For 5 star hotel should be towel point at pool area.

Незнаю откуда столько положительных отзывов о отеле.Мне не понравилось от слова со всем.Приехали в 3 часа дня,администратор дала ключи от номера,мы брали с видом на море,а дали с видом хрен знает куда ,пошли менять номер ,сказали что еще не убрано ждите 1,5 часа🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Завтраки так себе ,ребенку мало что можно найти.Слышимость в номере просто ужас,соседи моются в 5 утра ,у тебя все гудит,дети топают наверху в 6 утра ,как слоны.Пьяные соотечественники разговаривают в 12 ночи слышно даже о чем.Вчера вернулись в номер вечером вонь стояла страшная,видимо проблемы с канализацией.8 этаж.Расположение вроде бы ничего ,но вечером с детьми идти от центра дадунхая минут 20🫠Приеду ли я еще раз НЕТ.А что твориться на пляже 🤣🤣Геленджик отдыхает,полоса узкая,все лежат друг на друге🤦🏻‍♀️курят тебе в лицо .До этого были на Ялонге,друзья это небо и земля.Подумайте 100 раз.Первый раз пишу отзыв об отеле ,но это реально треш.

Прекрасный отдых
Pros:

Новый современный отель, номер 1521 был с видом на море, большой, огромная кровать, белоснежное белье, отличная сантехника, питание очень достойное, разнообразно, европейский вариант. Выбирала между Мариот и этим отелями. Ничуть не жалею. Локация намного лучше. Купались в бухте сяодунхай, такси доступно. Были всего 6 ночей, не хотелось уезжать. Спасибо

Пляж где можно искупаться в метрах 500, закрытые участки из-за течения.

Отличный вид из окна, есть из чего выбрать на завтраке, но приедается за 6 ночей.
Жене понравился унитаз с попомоем)))

Cons:

При въезде просто дали карточки и не рассказали, что входит, где завтрак и т.д., нашли сами, но это странно, откль же типа 5.
Количество полотенец на человека в 5 должно быть больше

Хороший отель за относительно небольшие деньги.
Pros:

Хороший отель. Прекрасный вид на бухту. Свой небольшой, но приятный бассейн без подогрева. Расположен немного на отшибе. Плюс для тех, кто хочет уснуть) Шум от безудержного веселья отдыхающих не так слышно.

Cons:

Далековато топать до центральной части бухты, где расположены кафе, магазины и проч. 15-20 мин пешком. На такси глупо ехать, 11 номером может быть утомительно, если топать несколько раз в день. Но если такие прогулки не напрягают, то локация отличная.

Die Zimmer waren schön geräumig u modern ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon war ausgezeichnet (außer Baustelle beim Nachbarhotel), Frühstück u Abendessen abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt gute Lage zum „Ausgehviertel“ zu Fuß, ansonsten mit Didi innerhalb einer Stunde zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Sanya, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Personal nett und hilfsbereit (unser eindeutiger Vorteil aber war, dass man Mann chinesisch spricht), kleiner Laden im Erdgeschoss sehr vorteilhaft, um Getränke (auch sehr spät abends) einzukaufen

Cons:

Poolanlage für die Größe des Hotels eindeutig zu klein, auch kaum Liegen, schon früh am Morgen waren alle belegt, beim Infinitipool nur eine Liege u Stühle 🤷🏼‍♂️, der Speisesaal könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet sein
