bel hotel et personnel trés agréable
Pros:

hôtel situé dans une zone peu fréquentée par les touristes et donc il n'y a pas grand chose a faire une fois le portail de l’hôtel franchi.

Cons:

le restaurant de l’hôtel ne propose pas d'alcool ce qui est compréhensible mais pour une personne qui n'est pas religieux/ touriste ce n'est pas acceptable. l’hôtel aurait du le mentionner avant la réservation.

Cons:

Mauvais choix de notre part sur la localisation car assez éloigné de Stone Town. Piscine ne donnant pas envie de s'y baigner, la vue de l'hôtel n'est pas exceptionnelle et les prix du restaurant ne correspondent pas à la réalité économique du pays. Pour finir, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'en réservant en dernière minute et non à l'avance, nous aurions pu diviser le prix par 3 et malgré cela, il nous a été demandé un supplément pour avoir un 3ème lit dans une chambre, ce que nous avons refusé car c'était prévu dans la réservation initiale. Bref, préférez un hôtel directement dans Stone Town, vous économiserez en + les frais de transports pour vous y rendre.

They are super clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially Dickyson, he is very passionate about his work. Generally, you will feel like you’re around your family! I loved these vibes.

Awesome !
Pros:

We loved the hotel, the pool, the kindness of the staff, the comfort and quality of the supplies. Honestly had a blast at the Zanzibar View Hotel !

Cons:

It’s a little outside of Stone Town but the standard of the hotel makes up for that. Also it’s calmer than Stone Town itself so we slept very peacefully. Only 15min drive drive with dala-dala

Pros:

The only good thing is the location near the airport. Nothing else.

Cons:

The hotel is super noisy. As it is located in the in the fishermen port, the noise on of fishermen and huge amount of birds starts from around 5am. Although the hotel is located in the beach, it is not a beach to have sun: it is dirty and full of fishermen ships. The breakfast is rather poor (including serving of last day fruits and hard bread). Waiting times for lunch and dinner are about an hour:. By the way, we were the only guest and ordered a club sandwich... Not to mention that the staff didn´t know any of the foods in the menu, many of the foods were not served and the little we ate, they managed to mess up all the orders.

Fair priced hotel, great pool, close to Stonetone, nothing around
Pros:

Very nice staff, Talk to them if something does not fit your needs, we got extra Pancakes - thank you again !

Cons:

No Beach and no bar/restaurant close to the Hotel. Breakfast was very basic.

Excellent Reception
Pros:

The location is excellent. Staff is excellent and friendly.

Cons:

The ocean view lack a clean beach. It is filled with waste material which washes up onto the ocean front area.
