A notre arrivée, À l’entrée principale l’hôtel était fermé à la location pour cause :
Travaux et rénovation (voir affichage en arabe)
Il a fallu contourner l’hôtel pour avoir accès par une entrée secondaire (réception) où rien ne préciser que c’était bien l’hôtel palette sam là aussi il y avait la même affiche (fermé à la clientèle).
Finalement le réceptionniste m’informa qu’il avait accepté les clients via internet mais qu’à part l’hébergement, il n’y avait aucun service ou prestation :
PAS de Petits Déjeuners
Une petite et une grande serviette de bain pour 2 personnes
Déçu
Je vous réclame le remboursement des petits déjeuners que vous m’avez facturé

Requested for cleaning..no one took care of that. Stayed thrre for 3 days and didnt receive any towels. Everything was a mess for the period of our stay having 2 rooms no kept up to par. We requested reception and they said ok but no one came. We saw the housekeeping team and asked them and they said we had to request it from reception. We're not quite happy with the service or the stay experience.

The room it self is pretty nice and clean. But.... the hard to find it on the map, dirty area, staff are Irogant as hell. No food places around exept for the tasteless Albaiq chicken. I would not recommend this place.

Staff was nice, rooms were generally clean...however, the hotel was under renovation so, no amenities.
I would go there again because of its proximity to the beach and red sea mall
